Jaymi started in hospitality at a young age and in 2011 became functions and events manager of one of our venues The Kings Head Hotel, Great Bircham. She became involved in organising the weddings there and has managed and planned over fifty weddings and over a hundred events. Jaymi is able to help you every step of the way, with a huge insight into all aspects of your wedding, she will ensure that your day goes smoothly.
Creating Unique Norfolk Venues was a very exciting new venture for me. I am very passionate about organising and running weddings and events. I take great pride and enjoyment in making sure everything runs perfectly for my clients on their special day and the weeks leading up to it. Having these amazing venues to offer really does make my job that much more special.

With our own fully-equipped catering company headed up by Albert Roux-trained Executive Chef Nicholas Parker, and our own established infrastructure we are able to offer the full bespoke service from flowers to helicopters.

Unique Norfolk VenuesUnique Norfolk Venues is the only collection of privately-owned unique venues in North Norfolk where you can celebrate the most important day of your life. We offer access to a selection of private venues that are exclusively available through Unique Norfolk Venues.
Our venues are chosen specifically because they offer something unique and special- from a beautiful setting with a marquee to grand indoor dining, from somewhere you can get married to simply a place to have a party. The properties range from a 18th century stately home to a boutique hotel.

Sedgeford Hall EstateSedgeford, Norfolk
Sedgeford Hall is a grade II listed Queen Anne House. Set in beautiful parkland and completed in 1713, it offers a really special place to get married. The Hall has twelve bedrooms for your guests, including a superb panelled four poster bedroom with dressing room for the bride and groom, (making it the perfect setting).
You and your guests will have exclusive use of the Hall including the gardens. The Roman Garden is a romantic setting and is also licensed if you wish to have an outside civil ceremony. Sedgeford Hall can cater for smaller weddings or events inside the Main Hall for up to 30 guests and up to 300 people in a marquee in our picturesque grounds.

Mount AmeliaIngoldisthorpe, Norfolk
Mount Amelia is a Grade II* listed country house perched on top of the coastal ridge in West Norfolk, commanding views over the countryside and across the sea towards Lincolnshire.
With its tranquil and breathtaking position it is an ideal venue to celebrate your wedding day or special event. Intimate events for up to 50 people can be held inside Mount Amelia, while larger weddings and events can be catered for in a marquee in the stunning grounds, surrounded by mature trees and beautiful countryside.
Estate accommodation extends to fifteen bedrooms sleeping 29 people. MountAmelia will be licensed for civil ceremonies from early 2014.

Nicholas ParkerExecutive ChefNicholas wanted to be a chef all his life, and at the age of 18 started at Le Gavroche - the award winning restaurant of Albert Roux. Nicholas spent 8 years training underAlbert. After this he was a chef at many award winning restaurants including Le Caprice and The Ivy. His food is unpretentious but creative and full of flavour and his experience means he really can create the wedding breakfast or dining experience of your dreams.
Although we have many example menus full of ideas, I prefer to offer you a blank piece of paper. After all it’s about what you would like to have- so we never say no- and I love a challenge
