• Look at the two countries in each box, and making comparative statements about them. Please write at least 7 sentences. Remember to include intensifiers in each sentence.

• Correct: The literacy rate in Brunei is substantially lower than in Bulgaria.

• OR• Brunei's literacy rate is substantially lower

than Bulgaria's.

• Incorrect: The literacy rate in Brunei is lower than Bulgaria. (no intensifier!)
