Survey, n. - an investigation of the opinions, behaviour, etc. of a particular group of people, which is usually done by asking them questions

Obvious, adj. - that most people would think of or agree to

Stuff, n. - used to refer in a general way to things that people do, say, think, etc.

Advertise, n. - to tell the public about a product or a service in order to encourage people to buy or to use it

Customise, v. - to make or change something to suit the needs of the owner

Avoid, v. - to keep away from somebody/something; to try not to do something

Consumables, n. – products intended to be bought, used and then replaced

Stationery, n. - materials for writing and for using in an office, for example paper, pens and envelopes

Glassware, n. - objects made of glass

Rubber, n. - a strong substance that can be stretched and does not allow liquids to pass through it, used for making tyres, boots, etc

Drawer, n. - a part of a piece of furniture such as a desk, used for keeping things in. It is shaped like a box and has a handle on the front for pulling it out

Cupboard, n. - a piece of furniture with doors and shelves used for storing dishes, food, clothes, etc.
