Cut up your sheet of “cards”. Place all paper scraps into the recycle bin. Put the scissors back on Ms. Spag’s table.

Mix up the cards for all of the people at your table.

Deal 5 cards to each person in your group. Place the rest in the middle of the “table”.

Your goal is to collect the as many sets of items as possible. The winner is the one who has the most sets.

Decide who is going first. This person has to try to get a card or cards of same item from a specific person in the group.

Using the expressions from the game slide you should ask for more of an item you already have in your hand.

If the person has cards of the item you request, that person should give you all of the cards of that specific item. You get another turn and can ask for something else.

If the person doesn’t have the item, they say, “No lo tengo. Ve de pesca.” You should then choose a card from the draw pile.

If you choose the card you asked for, you get another turn. If not, the person who said, “Ve de pesca.” gets the next turn.

When the draw pile is gone the game is over. Remember the winner is the one who has the most sets.
