Unit aimThis unit enables learners to understand the importance of Working with others across the Sportand Active Leisure industry.The unit explores personal presentation of self, appropriate conduct with customers, clients, teammatesand colleagues.Learners will be able to identify the main factors that contribute to creating, positive workingrelationships in Sport and Active Leisure.
Learning outcomesThere are three outcomes to this unit. The learner will:226.1: Understand the importance of personal standards in sport and leisure226.2: Be able to work with team-mates and colleagues226.3: Be able to work with customers and clients
Guided learning hoursIt is recommended that 24 hours should be allocated for this unit. This may be on a full-time or parttimebasis.
