Packs and print information and codes starting a special roll of material where pre-made packages , are placed.Product feeding can be made: manually in case of groups of products, or kits, semi-automatic for ampoules, vials, blister, small bottles and also fully automatic for blister, ampoules, vials and small bottles, with operator doing other jobs meanwhile the machine is working, giving you a multitasking operator.

It can integrate with the HIS system of the hospital to download information to print.

Blister Cutter

A 200 beds hospital needs to cut about 30.000 doses per month.Rate of manual cutting is 400 cuts per hour. Cutting time is 75 hours per month.With automatic cutting machine (BC 100) is made at an average of 2,000 cuts per hour. As this cutting is done simultaneously

with others operations, then practically it is saved all the time of cutting.

Besides manual cutting is a repetitive effort that causes a professional lesion with possible legal claims.

to cut. Ÿ Blister size information is previouly

Operation with disk, very flexible solution to pack 30 doses or more per batch.We supply with 4 disks for different sizes and type of products.Needs 220 volts, single phase connection.One model for 50 Hz and other for 60 Hz.Receives rolls up to 15,000 doses.Printer with 300 dpi. Same Opus 30X machine can switch from disk to automatic loader of ampoules and vials (3A) to automatic loader of pills (AB).Ouput for disk and 3A is 2,600 per hours and output for AB depends on type of blister.

Who we are

We developed a machine to automate the unit dose process 9 years ago. Starting form scratch we are now a medium size company going very well.

At some moment, few years ago, one of the partners said: these people of Healthcare have many problems, we should help them.

We put Patient Safety goal on the mission statement of the company, and then things start to change. Being engineers we went to school to make post-graduation on Quality and Patient Safety.

Process began to accelerate. Our customers realized our passion for this matter was true.

Now we are at 450 hospitals, located in 14 countries.

The information provided by Opuspac System is good help to nurses who are the potential second victim.

We converted the unit dose package in a media of communication.

Developed software, machines and system to induce the reading of the drug name. We added to our staff Pharmacist Doctors to develop all the 90 layouts and we grew towards full automation process, making it simple and lower cost.

We intend to make our solutions easy available to Healthcare institutions of any size at many countries.
