    Specification

Casing: Heavy gauge galvanized steel, sectionalized cabinet with individual fan chambers and side access panels for easy coil inspection and cleaning.

Fan venturi: 20 inch dia. fans have 1” venturi and 30” dia. fans have 3 ¾ spun venturi to provide maximum fan efficiency and minimum noise level. 30’’ dia. German external rotor motor fans have 8’’spun venturi for maximum fan efficiency and low noise level.

Fans: Fans have aluminum blades, steel hubs and are statically & dynamically balanced for smooth,

    vibration free operation.

Coils: Heavy wall, copper tubes are mechanically expanded in self-spaced, full-collared aluminum corrugated plate fins for permanent bond and maximum heat transfer. Coils are pressure tested under water with 400 PSIG. They are dried with dry air.

Fan guards & Are welded wire constructions and baked on powder epoxy coating providing corrosion motormounts: protection.

Euroline Fans: Fans are die cast aluminum. They are profiled in a sickle shape. Design for optimal sound behavior and low noise. Fan hubs are integrated to the external motor rotor. They are statically and dynamically balanced for smooth and vibration free operation.

Fan motors: ½ H.P. 1140 RPM, 1.0 H.P. 850 RPM and 1 ½ H.P. 1140 RPM motors have automatic reset, internally overload protection and have permanently lubricated, sealed ball bearings for long life. Motors are weather protected for year-round, outdoor condenser duty.

Euroline Motors: Euroline fan motors are totally enclosed, soft start, reverse rotor design. They feature permanently lubricated, double sealed, deep groove ball bearings. They are lubricated with special all temperature grease from sub-zero to class F temperature. Motors can be single or two speeds (8-Pole 540 or 770 RPM) or (6-Pole 770 or 990 rpm)

Control Panel: Weather resistant electrical box have hinged access panel and is mounted on the same end as the headers for compact and easy installation. All ordered components i.e. contactors, fuses, fan cycling controls, terminal block, control transformer etc. are all mounted and wired inside the panel with weather resistant harnesses.
