Some of my activities while participating in HNMUN 2012 representing Kingdom of Tonga. In this
event we had the privilege to discuss about crisis in Syria with Prof. Claude Bruderlein, Director of
Program on Humanitarian Policy and Conflict Research (HPCR) at Harvard School of Public Health,
Harvard University.
On October 2013 I had the opportunity to participate APEC Voices of the Future as youth delegate
representing Indonesia. This program provided me a platform for youth leaders and educators
from the 21 APEC member economies to engage with APEC leaders, ministers, senior government
officials and business leaders on a myriad of relevant APEC policies and issues.
I have a community which has the main focus to empower youth in Indonesia. This
community programs such as campus roadshow seminar, workshop training and intensive
class which covers some major cities in Indonesia.
For the last one year I established this community, currently my community’s network
covers 7 major cities in Indonesia and has 12 universities partners and 14 student
organizations as well. This network will keep growing to many other parts in Indonesia
since there are many other universities and student organizations initiate cooperation
with my community.
APEC Voices of the Future 2013 was such an auspicious event that fully support me to
expand my network across Asia Pacific. Through this event I gained great networking
with my new friends. Some of them are prominent youth leaders in their countries, such
as SSEAYP Japan, World Youth Alliance, One Million Lights Philippine and etc.
Thank You…
