CONSENT FINAL JUDGMENT

THIS CAUSE came before the Court upon consideration of the Order Granting

Trustees Motion to Approve Compromise of Controversy (Doc. No. 542) (the

Compromise Order) entered in the underlying chapter 7 bankruptcy case of Beau

Diamond (No. 8:09-bk-06199-KRM) approving a compromise between Plaintiff, Shari

Streit Jansen, as Chapter 7 Trustee and Defendant Harvey Diamond (Defendant) that

provides for the entry of a consent judgment in this adversary proceeding against

Defendant in the amount of $100,000.00. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that a Consent Final Judgment is hereby entered in favor of Plaintiff

Shari Streit Jansen, as Chapter 7 Trustee of the estate of Beau Diamond, P.O. Box 50667,

Sarasota, FL 34232, and against Defendant Harvey Diamond, 8428 Midnight Pass Rd.,

Sarasota, FL 34242, in the amount of $100,000.00, together with interest thereon at the

rate of 0.17 percent as provided by law, for all of which let execution issue.
