J. Acceptance of Penn it

1. In signing this pennit, the Pennit Holder:

a. Agrees to abide by all tenns and conditions set forth in the pennit, all restrictions and relevant regulations under 50 CFR Parts 222-226, and all restrictions and requirements under the ESA;

b. Acknowledges that the authority to conduct certain activities specified in the pennit is conditional and subject to authorization by the Office Director; and

c. Acknowledges that this pennit does not relieve the Pennit Holder of the responsibility to obtain any other pennits, or comply with any other Federal, State, local, or international laws or regulations.
