Building Bridges Award In 2016, the United Way of Seneca County lost a friend and long time supporter, Philip Plummer. Even in his passing, he ensured he would continue to help others by leaving UWSC a charitable gift annuity in the amount of $87,313. In honor of Mr. Plummer’s generosity, we will be renaming this award the Philip G. Plummer Community Impact Award to be awarded at our annual Leadership Dinner each Fall.

THANK YOU! Because change doesn’t happen alone. Hope isn’t a one-man band. And there’s no such

thing as self taught or self made. We have one life. To live better, we must Live United.
