Multi-asset diversityFor medium to long term investors looking for a higher returning investment option than cash or short-term investments, the UFS Ethical Diversifi ed Fund is an actively managed portfolio which invests in a wide range of asset classes. These include Australian and International Equities, Property, Australian Infrastructure, Global High Yield, Commercial Mortgages and Bonds. Uniting Financial Services has overall management responsibility for the Ethical Diversifi ed Fund, including evaluating external managers in some asset classes, and in-house management where UFS has strong expertise and experience. There are a range of investment styles, but in all sectors our ethical investment policy is integrated into the investment decision-making.

Multi-asset investing is an effective way of keeping surplus funds growing. The Fund is a unit trust, open to Uniting Church-affi liated organisations, beginning with a minimum investment of $500,000 (or lesser amount as agreed by the Trustee).

Earn both capital growth and incomeManaged by a team of investment professionals who are experts in their fi elds, the UFS Ethical Diversifi ed Fund offers both capital growth and an income stream, delivered within a robust risk management framework. Receiving returns is simple. Income is distributed quarterly to your UFS or nominated bank account, or you can choose to reinvest to give your investment an opportunity to grow further through compounding. Our Partnership team is always on hand to assist with any questions.

Invest with a moderate level of riskWhile market prices can fl uctuate, investments are carefully selected within a robust risk management framework, to deliver ongoing income, as well as achieving capital growth over the medium to long-term.

Maintain fl exibilityWhile the UFS Ethical Diversifi ed Fund is designed with a 3-5 year timeframe in mind, investors are able to redeem their investments in part or in whole should your circumstances change. All that’s needed is three months notice of your requirements.
