Shawn Khunkhun has over 15 years of experience in the capital markets and mineral exploration and

development sector. As President and CEO, Mr. Khunkhun is involved in the company's marketing,

bankers and private equity groups.

Andy Randell P.Geo – QP / Technical Advisor

Vancouver based geologist with nearly 20 years of experience from Europe, South and North America

across a variety of commodities. He was recognized by the Canadian Institute of Mining in 2016 when

he was awarded the Bedford Young Mining Leaders Award for his work. He also serves on the Board

of Directors for the Association for Mineral Exploration (AME).

Adrian Fleming - Director

Adrian Fleming is a professional geologist with over 40 years of technical and executive experience

with exploration and development stage mining companies. He was the co-founder and president of

Underworld Resources from 2006-2010. Mr Fleming led the team which made the discovery and

defined the maiden resource of the million-ounce White Gold deposit, located in the White Gold

district, Yukon. The project was subsequently acquired by Kinross in 2010 for $138M. Adrian was a

founding Director of Northern Empire Resources which was acquired by Coeur Mining for $117M.

Ian Harris - Director

Mr. Harris is a mining engineer with over 20 years of mining experience. He was most recently senior

vice-president and country manager of Corriente Resources in Ecuador, and was directly involved in

the operations and negotiations that led to the sale of Corriente for $690-million (U.S.).

PORTER PROJECT


The Porter Project is the site of the historic

Porter-Idaho and Silverado Mines, which were

worked in the 1920’s.

StrikePoint acquired Porter in 2018, and

subsequently expanded the land holding by

adding the Handsome Jack, Big, Bada and

Boom Properties.

4,500 meters of drilling occurred at Porter in

2018 and confirmed historic grades, including

5m at 819g/t silver.

Exploration work has delineated further targets

on the Boom Property and the Big Nunataq.

The latter produced samples up to 427g/t

silver and 0.7% copper.

A 2,000 meter unexplored area of ground

exists between the Silverado and Porter-

Prosperity workings. The veins at both sites

run at a similar orientation and so it is

hypothesized the that system is continuous

under the peak of Mount Rainey.

A NI 43-101 Technical Report was completed

in 2012 by Dr. Nick Carter, P.Eng. and

estimated the following resources using values

from the D- and Prosperity Veins at Porter:

• Indicated Mineral Resource: 435,000 tons

@ 25.2 oz/tn silver (A contained 11 million

ounces of silver)

• Inferred Mineral Resource: 97,970 tons @

17.3 oz/tn silver (A contained 1.7 million

ounces of silver)

Porter and Silverado are both sites of

historical mining (early 1900’s) and are on

opposite sides of Mount Rainey and are

likely continuous systems.

Historical resource of 11 MOz Indicated

and 1.7 MOz is based on Prosperity and

D-Veins at Porter (red on map). All other

veins have not been included.

New information collected in 2018 indicates

that the veins lay along a synclinal structure

with similarities to Premier (Ascot) and Red

Mountain (IDM / Ascot).

historic resource.

YUKON PORTFOLIO

StrikePoint acquired 22 properties spread

across the Yukon from IDM Mining spread

across the Yukon Territory in 2016.

The properties were previously held by Ryan

Gold Corp., who spent over $25 million on

exploration between 2010 and 2014.

StrikePoint spent $4 million of exploration

expenditure to date on three priority targets

(Mahtin, Pluto and Golden-Oly).
