M24 11" Long Nipples For Wheelchair LavatoriesThe extra length of elongated lavatories for wheelchair users requires long pipe nipples for better support. NOTE: When wall conditions will not aid in the support of the fixture, use carriers with uprights.

Available: 520 Series, 570 Series

M23 Escutcheons For Slab Type LavatoriesSlab type lavatories are installed away from the wall. When requested, chrome plated eschutcheons for adjustment are supplied. (This prevents deterioration of the finish wall from water.)


M19 Hardware For Cast Iron LavatoriesLeveling & securing eye-bolts are required in addition to arms to support cast iron lavatories. The eye bolts attach directly to support lugs cast on the underside of the lavatory. (see note)

Available: All 500-Series Carriers.

Note: Cast iron lavatories with lugs on underside must be special ordered from fixture manufacturer.

Modifications to Lav, Urinal & Sink CarriersM36 Square Structural Steel Uprights Function: For use with today’s thin wall construction which demands that the carrier support a lavatory, sink, urinal or water cooler, completely independent of wall construction.

Features:1. With this modification,

deflection is kept to a minimum, protecting the fixture as well as the finished wall.

2. Eliminates alternate steadying methods.

3. Cast iron adjustable header couplings for either exposed arm or concealed arm installation.

4. Hanger support plate bolts directly to uprights for a simple yet strong installation.

5. Bases are welded to the uprights.

Lavatory, Urinal & Fountain Carriers

Installation:1. Determine correct plate orientation from carrier rough-in sheet for the fixture to be used. Secure plate to

header coupling and loosly secure with 3/8" bolts.

2. Slide plate(s) to correct position for desired height - Dimension "B" & "C". Tighten set screws.

3. Postion carrier at desired location and securely anchor welded base feet to floor construction.

4. Attach hardware (threaded rods) to plate(s) at the postions indicated on the carrier rough-in sheets.

5. After finished wall is complete, attach the hanger bracket (furnished with fixture) to the threaded rods with hex nuts and washers.

6. If lower plate is specified, determine the hardware required for the installation technique required (reference A-423-U7) and fasten as indicated.

Installation:1. Position uprights/header couplings at correct spacing for lavatory - Dimension "A". Secure tie rod with square head set screws.2. Slide header couplings to correct position for desired height - dimension "B". Secure hex head bolts. 3. Position carrier at desired location & securely anchor welded base feet to floor construction.4. Screw pipe nipples into header coupling.5. After finished wall is complete, slide the carrier arms into the pipe nipples and secure with square head set screws. 6. Position leveling screws and locking devices to match the lavatory punchings. Dimensions "C" "D" & "E" tighten phillips head screws to secure the level/lock devices.7. Install the rubber caps over the end of the leveling screws and gently slide the lavatory onto the arm assemblies. 8. From the underside, level the lavatory with the four leveling screws. Then screw the lock device down until it contacts the sink.
