STUDENT SUCCESS

Student Success is defined as students achieving academic, personal, and professional growth through educationally purposeful programs, events, services, and activities within and beyond the classroom. This is only achieved through a welcoming and inclusive University environment and a supportive CWU community.

HOW DO WE KNOW IF WE HAVE MET SUCCESS?• If we have provided resources for students in achieving their academic, personal and

professional growth.

• If we have created opportunities for students to integrate curricular and co-curricular learning through student engagement and achievement activities.

• If we have allowed students to explore their personal and community identities and allowed them opportunities to increase understanding and the values of difference.

• If we have encouraged student responsibility and community accountability in decision making and personal growth.

• If we have collaborated strategically across the campus and beyond so that students benefit from a seamless experience that is characterized by a smooth delivery of excellent programs and services.
