• To establish a quality improvement system through coordinated contact with alumni
• Sustainability of the alumni network
• Secure continuous long term of University rankings improvement

• Establish and grow network between graduate as well as undergraduate students of University of Nis
• Promote the alumni network membership among students before as well as after graduation
• Positioning University of Nis as the main enabler of the alumni network

• Develop collaboration between University of Nis and companies, organizations and institutions worldwide
• Improve individual potential of each Alumni member: scientific, professional, innovation and business potential
• Develop Alumni members mobility, primarily among students
