Enter the Centre Code

Password (which will be assigned by the University)

After Successful login, the UNOM-ERS shows Fig. 1.1

Menu bar




MENU BAR appears on the top of the screen

Click heads on menu to view relevant pages

For student registration (only for first semester students) Click Student

registration. The UNOM-ERS shows Fig. 1.2

First download Bamini Tamil font and save it into Windows->Font Folder

Close the browser and restart before entering into the UNOM-ERS

After successful selection. The UNOM-ERS shows Fig. 1.3

Enter the student data into the form (shown in Fig 1.3)

Use virtual keyboard to enter the Tamil Name. Use the following steps to

open the virtual key board in windows XP(shown in Fig 1.4) or Download

Comfort online keyboard and install in to the system. Open option and

select theme ,change font as Bamini and use the virtual key board (Shown

in Fig 1.4.1

Using browse button to select the student image (Image should be in .jpg

format and size less than 20 KB)

Then enter details click register button. All details saved in University

Server.

Subject Selection

For Subject selection (for all batch and branch) Click Subject Selection Menu and

select degree, branch and batch as shown in Fig. 1.6

Core main subjects are fixed by the University. System will not permit any change in

Compulsory subjects. But change can be effected only on the arrear subjects. Any

change on the compulsory subjects, if necessary, change can be made on permission.

Select other language, elective and NME in the list (as per course regulation and

permission) and save the subjects. Once you saved the subjects, system cannot allow

you to change.

Examination Registration

(First Use Temporary Exam registration to know the student wise fees details.

This option is only for the purpose of the college to collect the fees from the

student before exam registration.)

This is examination registration for the students. Click Exam Registration Menu

and select degree, branch and batch, the UNOM-ERS shows as in Fig. 1.7

To view the arrear papers, for the particular candidate click if arrear if any .

To omit particular student for exam registration unselect the check box.

To change language or NME paper for particular student System allow to

change here

After verifying all entries, Click Create button which is located in the

bottom of the page. Examination Registration was done for the particular

batch and branch for the particular degree.




REPORTS

Click Subject Selection Menu and select degree, branch and batch the UNOM-ERS

shows Fig. 1.8

Click view details button. System generates Online Consolidated

examination registration list for the particular degree , Branch and batch as

like the Fig 1.10 . Take the printout signed by the Principal on the report

and send to the University

The report menu enables the application details only for the first semester

as in Fig 1.9. Click the application details button, system generates online

application as in Fig 1.11.

You are requested to do the following:

Take the print out

Get the signature from the candidate

Approval from the Principal

Send all the printouts to the University
