• Support and promote the strategic planning process as the Division Champion
• Monitor pulse of the division with an emphasis on strategic priorities and emerging issues
• Guide and support the construction and progress of goals and action plans within the division

• Take advantage of opportunities to contribute ideas and suggestions in support of the strategic plan
• Strategic planning is both a top down and bottom up process.
