EVLUNNING,JR.,Artistic Director/ Director, has been an actor, a teacher, and an administrator at SEU
Yi since 1990. He first appearedatMMNT as an Equity Guest Artist in a production of THE DRUNKARD directed by Prof. Susan Loughran for the summer season of 1990. Ev began teaching as an adjunct in the fall of 1991 and served as Theatre Business Manager from 1992 until 1997. He has appeared often as a Guest Artist, most recently as Count Orsini-Rosenberg in AMADEUS. In 2003 he received an Austin Critics' Table award for Best Supporting Actor for his role in MMNT's production of THE KENTUCKY CYCLE, directed by Dr. Melba Martinez. Ev has directed several MMNT productions, the most recent being YOU CAN'TTAKEITWITHYOU. Heisacompany member of the Austin Playhouse and the Austin Shakespeare Festival. Ev's voice can be heard in many anime dubbed into English by Austin's ADV Films, including the voice of Captain Nemo in Nadia: The Secret of Blue "\%ter. A long-time volunteer narrator for the Texas State Library's "Talking Book" Program, Ev has narrated four volumes which have been chosen for circulation by the National Library Service.
CHRISTINA J. MOORE, Director, is a director, teacher, actor, and voice-over artist who has worked in
1 professional theatre for over 20 years. Before moving to Austin, she
• lived in San Francisco where she was affiliated with the Magic Theatre, the Bay Area Playwrights' Festival,
Marin Theatre Company, San Jose Repertory Theatre, San Francisco Opera, and Theatre Bay Area, among others. A few of the theatres she has directed for in Austin include Zachary Scott Theatre Center, Vortex Repertory Company, Capitol City Playhouse, Frontera@Hyde Park Theatre, Austin Lyric Opera, and Austin Script Works where she is Producing Director. She won the Austin Critics' Table Award for Best Direction of a Comedy for Steven Tomlinson's MILLENNIUM BUG and CURB APPEAL. She holds a MFA in Directing from the University of Texas and has taught on the faculties of Southwestern University, UT-Austin, and served as acting teacher and stage director for the Austin Lyric Opera Young Artist program. She is thrilled to be directing at SEU where she 1s an adjunct faculty member.
RICHARD ISACKES, Scenic Designer, has extensive scene design experience in both regional theatre and opera. He has twice been the recipient of the Boston Circle Critics award for best scene design for his productions of TRANSLATIONS and UNCLE VANYA at the Huntington Theatre. A partial listing of other companies where his work has been produced include: The Opera Theatre of St. Louis, Chicago Lyric Opera, Alabama Shakespeare Festival, Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park, The Hartman Theatre Company, La Mama, Boston Lyric Opera, and the Charles Playhouse. Mr. Isackes has also designed scenery for CBS, PBS, and NBC where he served on as the designer on serial drama Another World. Isackes has served on the faculties of Bucknell University, Boston University and the University of Illinois, where he was a recipient of the prestigious University Scholars Award. He currently holds the Joanne Sharp Crosby Chair in Design and Technology at the University of Texas at Austin where he holds the position of Chair of the Department of Theatre and Dance.
SARAH LANKENAU, Costume Designer, hails from the midwest where she received her BA in Theater from Purdue University, Fort Wayne, Indiana. After working in northern Indiana and Chicago she made her way to Austin a little over a year ago. Since arriving in her new home she has had the pleasure of working as a stitcher and as assistant costume shop manager for the Austin Lyric Opera, and has designed costumes for Austin Playhouse, the Gilbert and Sullivan Society, and now St. Edward's University. In addition to her work in theatre, Sarah has constructed custom designed bridal gowns by designer Kari Perkins at Estrella Bridal Art , and worked wardrobe on the yet to be released Warner Bros. film A Scanner Darkly. Sarah would like to thank Christi for giving her this wonderful opportunity to design METAMORPHOSES. Also, there can be no end to praising the work ofT' cie, Michelle, Carrie, Kirsten, the many student workers, skills students, and stitchers who were commited to helping her see the designs realized. MARISA PISANO, Assistant Director, is very excited to be back at MMNT, where she received her BA in Theatre in 2000. Since then, she has worked for such varied companies as Hyde Park Theatre, Naughty Austin, and the Mainline Theatre Project. Marisa would like to thank Christi for this amazing opportunity. She dedicates this show to her fiance, Bryan.
STEPHEN PRUITT, Lighting Designer, has been a designer of scenery and lighting, a writer, director and performer for nigh on ten years now after being politely ejected from an unnamed aerospace engineering college in Ohio. He has designed parties for Cirque du Soleil, sets for Rude Mechanicals and Salvage Vanguard Theater, awards shows for the Austin Film Society and Lighting for Ballet East Dance Theater
and Spank Dance Company. He has also created performance art and theater about obscure mathematicians, uncertainty and the history of cosmology, among other topics. Stephen can be contacted through www.fluxiondesigns.com
BRYAN SCHNEIDER, Sound Designer, recently stage managed Refraction Arts Project's productions of ORANGE and SPIN! AN INVERTED MUSICAL. His previous work includes extensive sound design and stage management
for _Naughty Austin Productions, Austin Script Works, FronteraFest, F@HPT, and MMNT. Beginning mid-November , he will once again be on stage in PAGEANT, which is returning to Arts on Real after playing an extended run earlier this year. Other favorite roles include LAUGHTER ON THE 23RD FLOOR (Kenny), OUR COUNTRY'S GOOD (Ketch), BEYOND THERAPY (Bob) and MAKING PORN (Jamie). Bryan is a founding member of CornerStore Productions, the group behind FroneteraFest favorites HEAR AND NOW and LUMINOUS FISHES (2004 Best of the Fest.)
AARON D ALEXANDER, Ceyx & others, is a senior this year, but will be departing in the fall of 2005. This marks his sixth show at MMNT. You may have seen him in TRACERS, C/O THE GROVE, THE KENTUCKY CYCLE, A RAISIN IN THE
SUN, THE HOUSE, and Salvage Vanguard's Production of KNOW DOG. He would like to first and foremost thank God

KRISTEN BENNETT, Lucina & others, is a senior at St. Edwards University. This is her third show here and she feels extremely blessed to be a part of this production, working with such creative people. JEROME JOSEPH BENSON III, Understudy, is a sophomore here at St. Edwards and this marks his sixth production. Recent roles include Paul Sycamore in YOU CAN'T TAKE IT WITH YOU, Ruddy in ONE FLEW OVER THE CUCKOO'S NEST, and Sam in THE HOUSE. GINA HOUSTON, Nursemaid & others, is thrilled to have another opportunity to work on the MMNT stage. You may have seen her as the House Manager of THE HOUSE or as Ruth Younger in A RAISIN IN THE SUN. Most recently she channeled Sharon Bridgforth's love conjure/blues produced by UT's center for African and African American studies. Deacon Crane Award for Outstanding student work.
