March 2020 Newsletter

We would like to start by thanking

all of the families that we able to attend our Valentines Celebration with Ms. Vee Everyone had a great time and really enjoy the yummy cookies and ice cream. Thank you to all of the classroom teachers for all of their hard work in helping with this event.

We would also like to remind everyone to please periodically take a look in your child’s cubby to be certain that they have extra clothes that are weather appropriate. Over the past few weeks we have shared many outfits and have not received them back; this makes it hard to give to those that need them when accidents happen. We appreciate you taking the time to look and be sure that your little one has extra clothing.

We would like to address an item that has been mentioned in the past, we ask that you please be sure to have your little one stay with you when you are picking up at the end of the day; we ask that you keep a close eye out and do not allow them to run ahead of you to the front area. Recently we have had a few children make it to the front door and out. As you know this isn’t safe as cars are coming and going all the time.

As always we appreciate all of our families and the constant support that is given. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to stop by the front desk.

Curriculum Recap!!! February was such a fun month full of fun!!

Everyone celebrated love for Valentines and

created beautiful card and loving artwork for

our friends and families.

The children also really enjoyed

celebrating Mardi Gras in their classrooms

with beads, confetti and king cake. A great

time was had by all.

Our Explorer Classroom embraced the

STEAM program with a project discussing

how ice melts into water. Our Ladybug class

worked hard on their take home projects and

completed their presentations to the class in

celebration of Black History Month. All of

the children and families did an amazing job.

A big thank you to the families for your

support with this project.

ABC MOUSE Kids ‘R’ Kids has partnered with ABC Mouse.com in

providing your child award winning online curriculum.

Learning activities include Reading, Math, Science, Arts

& Colors, Music & Songs, Library, Puzzles and Games.
