State Summer Camp Registration begins March 31st.

February Complete student performance data entry. All pertinent student performance data

needed for the APR must be entered by February 28 for the Annual Performance Report (APR). A data entry reminder will be sent out and provide more details on the exact data that needs to be entered.

Keep entering services (they will be checked monthly); remember to keep your student list current.

Between February and May, PRA will visit approximately six GEAR UP middle and high schools.

March/April March 31 – Deadline for entering student and parent services into GEARS to include in the

APR. April 15 – APR submitted to U.S. Department of Education.
