Join us Thursday for our program speaker, Dwayne Bivona. Dwayne V. Bivona, president of the Times Record News in Wichita Falls, was named as the new president for the Caller-Times on February 16, 2017. The two papers are both part of The USA Today Network.
In addition to serving as president of the Caller-Times, Dwayne Bivona's role includes overseeing Gannett’s operations in Abilene, San Angelo and Wichita Falls. Mr. Bivona has spent three decades in the journalism industry with a focus on circulation, operations, advertising and sales.
