Dear Readers

Rather than wait to finish the entirety of this, I am sending out this initial “letter”.It includes a bit of a summary introduction and various thoughts I wish to sharenow. Perhaps the most important thing is that everything is on a faster “track”than it was in January and that the “tracks” are being laid as we proceed. I cannot

emphasize enough the need to keep your wits and critical discernment whilewelcoming the higher energies.

Recent solar storms, the Japan “nuclear earthquake” situation, the level of fear,panic, and paralysis has gone up an order of magnitude. Yes, do pay attention towhat is important. I can only remind everyone to do their best not to feed into this(and not to feed off of this) and work on developing a type of “calm alertness” asyou go about your daily activities. As to “paralysis of inaction”, I can only suggestto proceed as you were. If you are buying land, starting a community, planting agarden, then why not proceed ahead with “calm alertness”. After all, none of ushas a calendar of “major events”.

The “main event” is internal to your psyche, your higher self, and your energybodies.

For the near future, the A-List “Updates” will be erratic at best, and so this is aconcluding issue for the time being. This is partly an energetic concern as it ismuch more important to focus more on the inner work and the larger changes.There are also some urgent practical matters we must attend to now. click on the subject title of a post in the index to read it. This makes it easy to seethe subject headings of new posts. Over recent years, the NES Forum boardsaccumulated a significant body of information concerning many facets of spiritualevolution and the breakdown of this reality.

The pages of New Earth Summit Forum and Global Awakening News have been anevolving “mystery school” bridging ordinary and non-ordinary. Over time, wehave discussed the difference between the split existence in this fallen realm and





that of true creation and its state of true oneness that exists without conflictingpolarity. It is possible to examine and to test for oneself most that we havepresented over the recent years.

We are entering into a new stage of the “correction energies”. It has taken very

long from our earth-based point of view for this to arrive at the human levelexistence. It is why many undertook great risks to be here now with a humanform, to help, to participate, to further their spiritual evolutionary learning. Forthose are connecting with these new energies, there is a growing awareness ofnew possibilities beyond the ordinary 3d realm.

We have explained most of what we feel has been necessary over the recent yearsand again encourage people to sit with this material, perhaps beginning with themore recent Updates and going backwards through them and Global AwakeningNews material. There is more to the writing than simply words and sentences. Wehave done our best to be direct and clear in what we have so freely shared.

For those who missed the January Update, simple “intentional meditations” arewoven throughout it.

If and when there arises a strong need to send out a new A-List Update, we will doso. This would most likely pertain to new insights into the transition processunderway and the “transfer of consciousness”. If we find any new practices thatwill assist in this process, those will be conveyed as well.

The main purpose here has been to elucidate the key principles and underlyingdynamics that most influence the human-earth existence and this portion ofcreation that has fallen under the domination of the dark. Once you grasp this, it iseasier to deconstruct the falsehoods and to construct that which will serve thegrowth of what is aligned with new creation.

Along the way we have tried to describe the nature of what most distracts andmisdirects us from connecting with true Source and our true Nature.

It has been one of my varied roles to help remind us all as to the nature of this 3dreality as well as the greater reality we have projected ourselves into. The 3d

earthly world is no longer a relatively pristine “frontier” for unconscious andavaricious humans run amuck as they declare their control over greater or lesserportions of the planet.

Changing the nature of social-spiritual relations among and between humans hasbeen exceedingly difficult and now includes dangers that have been createdthrough an avaricious and predatory existence that has little or no resemblance to





the original intention for the human vehicle. These difficulties and dangers areboth material and non-material.

We are now in a period of increasing earth changes relative to the planet and thespace this solar system moves in.

Over the last three years, anyone who has seriously been paying attention tothoughtful and well-informed future projections has also been repositioning theirlives to make it easier to decouple from the matrix social disorder.

Those who have ignored early warnings and various indications that have beenplainly visible will have difficulty coping. Those still hoping for a systemic “reform”will be in for a shock. Those who have found creative ways to remain asleep andin denial will likely not know what happened, until they pass on from their humanlives. Recently, I have tried to explain the main patterns that are operating at thenational and global levels of humans, patterns that are leading to new levels of

international warfare.

For some, repositioning of their human lives has been mainly a practical concern,for others it has been to support their connectedness to the higher creationenergies that are streaming in. In rare instances, some people have addressedboth though the development of cooperative conscious communities that alsooffers mutual support for the larger spiritual changes.

It matters not whether such communities have a long or short duration. Whatmatters most is the quality of intention and attention among one another and theirconnection to higher source energies.

It was not easy to stop and write the end of January letter on the false social“awakening” and to then prepare subsequent postings through February for NESForums concerning the world situation (http://www.newearthsummit.org/forum/ ).However, this was a response to the manipulations around various recent humanevents that have been siphoning off nascent spiritual energy and dragging manyback into the matrix control system.

There is much to distract you these days, such as false claims of an alleged “social

revolution”, a non-existent “economic recovery”, or the imminence of a nuclearweapons exchange. Too may people are getting caught up social issues andconflicts that are too little-too late, irrelevant, or simply counterproductive to thefurther evolution of humans. For those who still pay attention to various channelednonsense, there continues to be the endless claims of ET’s rescuing humans fromcertain doom or that all is “love and light”, and not to worry about anything.





With the most recent earthquake destruction of parts of northeastern Japan andthe loss of much of a major city in New Zealand, come renewed concerns overinstability of the planet for human habitation. At first this will appear in seismicallyactive areas. With increasing solar and space energies, additional stress willinfluence many people to be more out of their bodies than usual as they wonder if

these might really be signs of “the end”.

It is likely there will be announcements in coming weeks that attribute new levelsof economic catastrophe to the Japan earthquake. These economic catastropheswould be occurring regardless. Just thought I’d mention it here for thosemonitoring such things in their spare time.

Whether one responds to all that is in the human plane with a fearful “whiteknuckle grip” or with naïve “hopeaholism”, the trajectory of our spiritual evolution,

ascension, and transformation has nothing in common with the dark forces controlsystem or their counterparts, the human powers-that-be. And it has very little todo with the state of the human civilization. This latter point is very important tobear in mind as you read on.

What remains for most is to attend to their summation of important lessonslearned here from their own human experience, that of the human collective now,and that of the sweep of human existence here under the dark forces.

There is some urgency to attending to “completion” of ones human self, includingaddressing whatever “unfinished business” there is. This can further assure there

is nothing of significance to distract or to energetically attract one backwards intothe lower levels.

Without a strong sense of your spiritual self, it is easy to get caught up with “endof the world” thinking and emoting, or caught up with the various titillatingnotions about secret space colonies, ET’s, secret powers, ancient mysteries, or thevarious shadow powers. This serves little to no useful purpose except to helpassure you pass on from your human life mostly as an unaware self, caught inendless “entertainments” of the matrix world. Please stop. Once you are solidlycentered and oriented, it is possible to observe what is afoot in the old world andyet not get caught up in it anymore.

There are two “realizations” occurring with many now: One is that the ordinaryreality of humans is based upon endless falsehoods and there is no thing fromwithin the dominant human realm that will solve the deep problems that exist.The other “realization” occurring is that the awakening human “you”, potentially isa seed or core element of a much larger spiritual being and perhaps even a seedelement to new type of spiritual being. This latter Realization cannot developwithout reconnection to the higher oneness of true creation.





Eventually one arrives at the simple understanding that your ordinary human lifecan end tomorrow or the next year, or the next, and from any number of factorsthat you cannot control. Some arrive at an understanding of the terms of theirhuman existence and a rare few find it possible to consciously leave when they are

truly ready.

What is most important –especially for those who are most spiritually oriented –isto be clear as to what is most important in your human existence. What takesprecedence? Your ordinary human existence within the parameters of humansociety, etc. –or your self as an awakening spiritual being, coming into connectionwith a greater state of being and consciousness.

Within the context of spiritual evolution, it is possible to maintain something ofwhat is most important to your human existence, but the converse is generally notpossible. Hence it becomes a matter of what priorities you chose. For humans who

have very little understanding of any of this, or who have turned their spiritualconsciousness over to religions, dogmas, and gurus, this may read like ameaningless puzzle. The more you chose spiritual evolution, the more you gain agreater capacity of true free will and greater freedom.

Once one understands the nature of the basic paradigm and the nature of thefalsehoods, most of one’s development can proceed without the myriad of classesor workshops. One can and should take charge of oneself and become self-referencing. Be conscious as to why one is doing or thinking whatever it may be.Ask yourself how it is what you are doing or thinking helps serves your spiritualawakening.

The main focus and concern here are with those who are moving into a spirituallyawakened state. Hence my lack of interest in following all the “high dramas” ofhuman society. They are all manipulated by the dominant powers and there is noneed to lose ones energy with any of this. Especially for those who are morespiritually conscious.

This conscious awakening presently involves a fraction of one percent of humans.Potentially this could shift to one to a few percent. These fractions are relative to

my perspectives and are potentially changeable. I mention this here only as areference to relative proportions. Much depends on how well those who areawakening now stay with their awakening process, or whether they becomedistracted into the various machinations and falsehoods of a dying existence.

To reframe this fraction, if one out of one thousand humans achieves this state ofawareness and accumulates higher level of collective learning while embodied, itwill be an enormous achievement of immeasurable service to all. And this would





be despite all the dark forces have done on earth and at the higher levels toprevent this.

As an extreme, if one out of one million achieves this Realization, then it wouldstill be of immeasurable service, even for those who do not reach this point during

the period remaining for their human existence. Perhaps you who are reading thisare one of those?

There is no amount of extreme contrast, mass death, destruction, etc. that willturn human consciousness. It will only drive it further to raw survival or despairinghopelessness. During the bulk of the 20

th century, roughly 10% of the world

population died from ongoing wars. During the period of the “great depression”and “dustbowl” roughly 10% of the USA population “disappeared”.

There is no magic number for a “critical mass”. In retrospection, I doubt there everwas such as thing as a “critical mass” no matter how it was defined, or by whom.It was only a noble aspiration that reflected some innate potential.

When some saw the possibilities years ago of those awakening to “take some ofthe planetary population along”, this too was a noble and high sentiment, but onethat was in alignment with some very high level plans.

As one of the earliest to express and shape what “global spiritual awakening”could be, there was also an awareness of a “new earth”, a higher vibrational earth.This is also related to our recent expression of a version of this earth occupying a

different orbital position than this present earth does.

For those who are developing this nascent spiritual energy, it is essential to stayfocused on awakening to what could be termed a “partially ascended state”.

This opens up avenues for a “transfer of consciousness” to the next levels up.

Those who are shifting into this state are also in a position to do a great service inhelping from various levels so that many more can continue their own movementin the same general direction. As this capacity grows, even more can recognizewhat else there is for their existence, other than the distortion of the ordinary

human sphere of awareness still within a dark control realm.

There is an “event horizon” coming visible. I do not know its timing of arrival inhuman calendar terms, but it is “incoming”. It is as if you can see a massive“something” approaching. For those who have moved on ahead, even only a little,the initial effects of this transformative energy can be felt. We wrote of its





approach in 2007 in discussing the general process and of ascension andtransformation. (See Transformation and Ascension section athttp://www.pfcn.net/napsum-bul1.html.) This material also describes some of themajor features of the process as well as the problems that have occurred inbringing this to the human level of 3-d existence. Under the section on Creation,

Cosmology, and the Big Picture, we discussed more of an overview of the situation,especially in the August 2009 material.

One question for those who are ready willing and able (or at least developing suchcapacity) is how they will attend to their human existence now. Not later, but now.Will they continue to be distracted by the false promises of the “matrix world” thatseeks to control them, their children, and all humans? Or will they take steps tomore fully disengage, find ways to ease their material life, and find ways tosupport one another’s process.

Knowing of the dark-light distortions, knowing of the higher oneness that isbeyond the dark control realm, this is the basis for a major spiritual leap inevolution.

To all those who can muster the capacity, what is most important now isreconnection with the higher light, the higher oneness. This is beyond polarity, it isthe realm of no polarity, only that of the higher oneness and infinite diversity.

While we do not need to become embroiled in the light-dark drama, it is essentialto at least understand what has occurred in this realm that has held so many soul

beings enthralled for so long and prevented human level of consciousness fromevolving.

Once one knows the difference and understands what is going on here, thereopens new possibilities to transcend all this, while retaining the knowledge anddeep learning of what went wrong here at all levels, including human 3d.

Without true realization of the dark force implications, those who opt to leave hereprematurely do so not having completed an important element to their higherlevel being, soul being. This is one reason why so many soul beings are here now–to take advantage of this one major opportunity before it is no more. For vast

majority who do not reach such a point of “realization of truth”, there will beample opportunity to “catch-up” on what they missed once they transition to anew level of being.

This will be the case for the majority that have a human presence here, but thereare opportunities available at the “next level up” to “get the picture” and thus stillbe able to move in evolving as spiritual beings. After all, we have all been workinghere against the greatest of unfavorable conditions. So this is another way of





saying that it is a “no fault” situation if you miss out at your human level. But forthose who do, they are substantially closer to entering a whole new level ofevolution.

Those who are finding themselves in a higher order of awareness will likely befinding new possibilities they could never have imagined previously. These newpossibilities may or may not involve maintaining ones physical humanembodiment.

The power of clear intent and attending to said intent is of preeminent importancenow. There are no magic formulas, mantras, rituals, or whatever that cansubstitute for the power of clear intent when it is focused upon evolving intohighest order of consciousness and existence possible in any given context. Thisis an “as above” counterpart to the “as below” version that guides one to achieve

the highest level of commonality possible in any given context with others.

Intend for your connection to higher self, higher oneness and the light of truecreation. Call to your awakening self that which is of your true light. Require thatthe higher creation energies or correction energies filter and clear you of any andall influences from the dark. Your higher self is reaching “down” to helpawakening human self, your awakening human self is reaching “up” and anenergetic “handhold” takes place. Call your true light to you. There is nothing ofthe dark that you need or you ever asked for.

Let us distill and retain for our selves and soul beings what has been learned here

in this realm. It is of immense value in helping to guide the next attempt bycreation expressing itself through a human form upon a new earth within arenewed and changed creation. This is transcendence. This is part of ascension.

Disinformation and the Spreading of Fear

A Word-to-the-WiseThe WWW is not facilitating a “global consciousness revolution” to occur, nor isthere any “global social political awakening” occurring. Such notions are mostlyorder-of-magnitude amplifications of the old falsehood that electing a differentpolitical party/leader will “make a (positive) difference”. The Internet andWorldWideWeb (WWW) is not the basis for any “global consciousness shift”, nor isit facilitating one. It never was. The WWW and Internet does, however amplifyand propagate existing social control memes and thus serves as the most efficientsocial control system since the advent of television news on behalf of the globalelite.

As always, it is the essence and content that makes the difference, regardless of

whether it is calligraphy or email or web postings. Thus we can take advantage ofthese modes of communication for purposes such as what you are reading now.But this is rare, extremely so. Soon enough, the Internet will become more erraticand unreliable due to planetary changes and political agendas of the elite.

There are more and more disinformation sources publishing on the Internet and asglobal tension increase, the easier it will be to nudge people into dangerousreactions. This applies to manipulations concerning social, economic, and politicalchanges, as well as to manipulations about changes in the earth and spaceenvironments. News recycling sites solicit and pay for copy on specified themesand with no serious verification, of course. There are services that hire out radio-

call-in “talent” on behalf of talk shows to help their on-air presence in spinningcertain topics as required. The meme controllers deploy sophisticated softwarethat manages fake online identities that enable one “handler” to manage hundredsof virtual identities.

While it is easier to disregard much of the manipulated turmoil and thus spareoneself the headache of bothering to hear all the versions of “who shot first” or“who is right and who is wrong” etc., there is no excuse for propagatingunsupported fears and wild speculations as if they are intelligent reports.

One ongoing example has to do with outrageous fear-mongering concerning solar

data. Of course certain things will be concealed from the mass public. But it is notpossible to trick hundreds of thousands of private/amateur astronomers all overthe world who have sophisticated equipment at home and who talk to each other.This is the worst form of a “chicken little syndrome” and it is dangerous andirresponsible to participate in such behavior.





Another recent example has to do with claiming inside knowledge of the secretgovernment about a major earthquake in the New Madrid fault zone in the USA inabout one week. Most of these sources are known liars and disinformation agentswho specialize in fear mongering. These are not merely “crazy people” trying toattract attention to their own selves, these people are part of a closely monitored

process for manipulating mass emotions and beliefs. This is Internet-based socialengineering at work. The more “unstable” you are, the easier it is to nudge youone way or another –and this process works very nicely when masses of peopleare mobilized into a state of chaos and conflict. These sorts will also play/preyupon you as they will readily promote “love” and “don’t worry” vibes. Some of thenon-human dark side elements are perfectly fine extolling various iconic namesand figures such as Jesus, Buddha, etc. and promoting “love” and “peace” and“heart”, etc.

And then there is the ongoing nonsense about “economic recovery”, etc. There isonly one situation that would cause a new economic paradigm and that would be

the consolidation of global power by the global elite to an unprecedented scale.Likely this would be attended by inexplicable disappearances and deaths of high-profile individuals. The outcome would be some nightmarish techno-fascist societyresembling an eclectic combination of any number of book and movie plots. Innearly all highly industrialized countries a techno-fascist society has already begunto emerge. However, I anticipate that changes in the planetary and spaceenvironments would preclude such a scenario from coming into full force.

Yes, hundreds of millions of people all over the world will be protesting intolerableliving conditions, battling each other, battling military and police, etc. But for allpractical purposes, they have no capacity to do anything about what it is they

most protest. All the energy that is dissipated (wasted) in public protests could“potentially” be channeled toward new cooperative modes of existence. But theentirety of humanity has no capacity for such cooperation. Humanity is profoundlytrained and oriented to focus on the self, the family, the tribe, the continuity ofones genetic material, and to seek a life of pathological illusions. Everything hasbeen cleverly focused upon a mindless replication process to provide labor andvarious forms of energy for the controllers –human and otherwise. And so it is thatthis is only a “potential” –one that cannot be realized or reified given the state ofconsciousness that dominates.

I have already written much on the problems of “exopolitics” and the confusing

alien/ET question. Suffice to say that those most loudly advocating “disclosure” aremostly playing into agendas of the powers-that-be. Then there are those most keenon drawing our attention into various alien conspiracies or the converse, thataliens are all benevolent. And then there is that sticky “alien invasion” situation.

Transformation and Ascension Processes

What is most important now is spiritual transformational change.That is all there is.

These changes that are taking place are causing me to be happily humming awayon and off nearly every day. And yet I still hear the cries of countless humans. Like

so many babies, each with varying discomforts and pains, and so much pain thathas no earthly release. From afar each is looks like a cell in an unorganizedundifferentiated being. This new being will not be born here on this earth, butelsewhere-elsehow. This coincides with the ending of the pain and suffering.

Seven billion humans are spread over most all reasonably habitable locales on thisplanet. There are no more earthly “frontiers” to expand and stimulate moreexpansive growth. Nearly eighty percent are concentrated in coastal zones. Underthe present mode of existence, an enormous and growing portion of the humanpopulation is suffering various material problems of hunger, war, disease,droughts, floods, and a dangerously poisoned environment. This is attendant withgrowing trauma and mental degeneration from many sources.

There is no “global social revolution” occurring, there are no hypothetical“alternatives” to supporting the existing population and certainly no potentialcapacity for more. There are no “technological fixes” that will substantively changethe present situation.

But this is not a matter of population numbers, rather it is about a distortedexistence from which there is no ordinary means for humanity to solve thematerial problems it faces. Of even greater significance is that there is not asufficiently widespread distribution of spiritual consciousness from which truewisdom emanates. Hence there can only be highly localized efforts for consciouscooperative community, some portion of which might contribute to additionalhumans achieving an awakened state of consciousness.

Even as the powers of the dark are removed from the “as above” and “as below”,there remains nevertheless their powerful influence within the sphere of humanityitself, like a toxic residue or a “trojan computer virus”. We are nearing the





proverbial “end of the line” as far as ordinary human existence goes. I can onlyreference what I have written on this previously: A confluence of major eventsinvolving solar, space energies with the atmospheric, crustal and core systems ofEarth. This will make the catastrophic 2011 global economic crash insignificant.

As some are seeing it, there is an “event horizon” that represents a “processinterface” beyond which the clearing and transformational process has mostlybeen completed. This is a moving event horizon, not fixed but it appears to beincoming relative to our time and space as we appear to be “moving” toward it.

Consider the possibility that we are approaching the end of human tenure on thisearth. At least for the present version of human.

Presently there is a heightened awareness and worry over any number of “majorevents”. Let’s list some of the major ones: tsunamis inundating coastlines all over,the GoM fracturing, major volcanoes erupting, destructive tsunamis and other

oceanic events, incoming objects from space, destructive solar radiations, crustalslip/shifts, nuclear radiation from wars and reactors gone amuck, global pandemicdeaths from disease, droughts, floods, economic impoverishment, and foodstarvation linked to any number of these events. The list grows each week inspecificity. From what some have seen in looking ahead a little, most all of theseare high likelihoods, and the question becomes one of degree or scope of effects.

Today, growing numbers are worried and preparing for their own personalsurvival. Some are worried about the survival of the human species.

Ultimately, there is the spiritual existence question of your very being as a human

that points the question of “why and where for” of your human existence and yourtrue nature as a spiritual being. These are the important considerations. As thesebecome clear, then gradually one can exercise a greater measure of true free will.

Until that occurs, one is running on an automatic program that has beenimplanted and managed by various human and other dark forces. Thisprogramming is replicated and reinforced by humans within this closed operatingsystem and thus it is self-generating, until new program parameters becomeintroduced by the “system operators”. –Or until the system operators and theprogram are removed.

It is a major achievement, full of trepidation at times, to come to realization of thenature of reality. It is then that one begins to discover for oneself new possibilitiesfor ones existence beyond the human social-physical vehicle.

Then the question becomes what comes next? For some, there is an interimperiod of malaise or depression as most of what was presumed to be true orworthwhile turns out to be false or irrelevant. Yet with persistence, newpossibilities enter into your awareness as your awareness expands to encompass





more than the human “you”. Dropping into a nether zone between worldshowever, is not a beneficial place to reside.

At this point there is little need or interest in focusing on all the “entertaining”ideas and dramas that occupy so many these days as they imagine they are

exploring the fringes of reality. The term “fringe” here is very apt since it impliesthat one has not yet made the connection to what lies beyond the dark controlrealm. One can spend a lifetime exploring all manner of actual and concocted“mysteries” but they are all part and parcel of some portion of the dark controlsystem either from the ancient past or present. It is like studying some concoctedreligious texts to try to extract some truth from all the distortions. Why wouldanyone do this if they understood something of the truth of this reality. It is likesettling for few crumbs on the floor and missing the real feast.

There are two main fairy-tales of matrix-addicted “hopeaholism” –one is thatthings will get to a point and magically enough humans will somehow decide to

change the system –the other is that the “ET/aliens” or some other “savior” willcome and fix things. In between these are other notions, such as “free energy” willwhat changes everything, etc.

It is all about the state of spiritual consciousness not technology or saviors orhuman social-political belief systems.

It is very likely the process of clearing and transformation will take a few years tofully involve all humanity. It is also likely that a large majority of the presenthuman population will be gone due to a number of imaginable and unimaginableeffects. The distorted situation here within a fallen realm cannot be corrected by

human level efforts. Given the entire situation, human society cannot betransformed until the old is removed.

This is my assessment, plainly stated.

Trauma Aperture

With growing stress and trauma, people tend to develop “hair-trigger” reactionsthat bypass what little discernment remains. This dynamic is readily manipulatedby various disinformation and other social control sources. This applies to allmanner of concerns from ET/aliens and the sun “disappearing” to nuclear war andsocial revolution. With so many people “on edge”, it is no wonder that it is easy toengineer and stir up all manner of public responses.

So many people are now understandably protesting against their deterioratinghuman lives all over the world. Without realizing it, most are objectivelydemanding to be restored to a synthetic “matrix life” that never belonged to themin the first place.





This stress and trauma creates a situation that could be called a “trauma aperture”.

As the stress and trauma levels grow, the “aperture” through which newinformation can be accessed narrows. Even when presented with cogent

information, it is as if people can no longer hear and no longer think. They losewhat capacity they had to take in new inputs. With increasing stress and trauma,the human self and its energy bodies become taught and constricted.

It often takes overwhelming external events shatter this shell.

The preferred relief for this is to dissolve from within and this is accomplishedthrough inner connection to higher self or higher source.

Event Horizon and Building New Runways

As we described in other articles on transformation and ascension, there will bethose who move on ahead and yet continue to be of service in various capacity.Some are humanly embodied some are not.

Some are focused on the human-earth side of the transition, some are focused onthe next levels beyond. There are also those who are very conscious of all this andwho will be staying on in human form as long as it is appropriate and tolerable tothem. Many of these will work with the dynamics of planetary and energy changesand help those who have been forming “islands of light” on earth.

This process reminds me of modern train machinery that creates railroad beds

and lay tracks railroad tracks. Or perhaps more like creating a road or planerunway through rough terrain. The runway keeps growing in capacity, morehumans are finding it and moving toward it. Yet those initially entering the“takeoff lanes” are continually distracted by memories, illusions, and the dramasof human existence that they keep drifting off the pathways. Imagine “herdingcats”. Gentle and clear reminders are needed initially and continually. Eventuallythe participants “get with the program” and some begin helping others.

While it may be the practical end of this version of humanity, there is still a notionof the continuity of some portion of present day humans. But those who remainand who will do well cannot be focused on survival for its own sake, “competitionof the fittest”, or private wealth accumulation in whatever form. Neither can theyafford to identify with the various social control memes and various false beliefsystems or their respective “past” in this lifetime. Connection to higher onenessand higher self will be an important matter as will be the development of higherabilities –all to lay the basis for a new type of existence with this planet andbeyond.





The “event horizon” represents both a boundary zone after which a new reality isbeing created and a moving wave that would seem to be moving toward this pointin time, dissolving andtransforming all as itapproaches. This is the

transformational orcorrection energies.

No one can point to ahuman calendar timing foran event that appears tomoving both forward and backward through time. Much is being attended to aswe move along a new time-space continuum. To paraphrase what we wrote in1993 and later, the “awakening” is an endless of process of creative discovery as itdevelops itself.

This is imminent enough within our present lifetime on this planet.

What Has Been Gained Or Learned?

What have you learned of value to your evolution as a spiritual being, what havelearned to value of your evolution as a spiritual being? What have you learnedfrom the present human existence, and what have you learned from the totality ofhuman existence here. There are no right or wrong answers. Yet the extent andqualities of such learning is important to ones evolution as a spiritual being andthat of your associated soul being.

What is most important to ones existence now? I would proffer that it is attendingto “completion” of ones existence as a human. What unfinished business needsattending to? These are truly important questions. Human belief systems arelimiting even upon transition from the body. These too need to be assessed as partof this process.

And if we can enjoy cookies and tea or coffee on the veranda in a supportiveenvironment, then even better! It is time to graduate ourselves to the next level.

The control system cannot and does not promote choices for your evolution as aspiritual being. It can only promote variations on a predatory existence driven byfear and manipulation. Those of humanity who do not develop a spiritualconsciousness and spiritual understanding can only default to the optionspresented within the control matrix. Make no mistake, this was not part of some“divine plan” deliberately set up for your “education”. Such notions originate fromdark side memes.





There was a spiritual mini-awakening during the latter half of the 1980’s throughthe mid-1990’s. Many who were most keen on greater oneness, god-selfrealization, divine mother, and healing, were for the most part missing a crucialelement. Without a clear understanding of the existence and nature of the darkforces and the problems of duality and polarity consciousness, it was not possible

for most to achieve the next stage of spiritual awakening.

Polarity Consciousness

In order to transcend polarity consciousness, you must understand it first. In orderto transcend the distortions and falsehoods of this existence, you must firstunderstand their nature.

For those who are coming to understand a greater reality and the basic problem ofthis distorted and limited reality, there are no sides to support or oppose. To do sowould be catastrophic to the nascent spiritual energy they are developing.

For those who understand and are growing into, their realization of the transfer ofconsciousness will be found to be something of great service to all.

Despite my attempts at qualifying this carefully, too many will still interpret thisexistence as a “failure” or revert to the false dichotomy of “half empty versus halffull glass” and not see the great transcendence that is before them. When they do,they realize there is no half empty or half full, indeed, indeed there is no more“glass” at all with which to contain false dichotomies.

Many will ecstatically surrender to “higher oneness” as they encounter it. Yet, it

will be those who “Know”, who have “Learned what is to be Learned”, who will beready for the next stage in their evolution as a spiritual being. They will be able tohelp many more to make the transition from “here” across the chasm to “there”, anew world if you like. Where the chasm is the least is where there will be the mosttransition at first. Eventually much of this gap will be bridged so that many willcross easily. Imagine a 20-land runway spanning these different levels ofexistence.

“Reports from the Field”

In earlier material we discussed the possibility of the dissolution of 3-d as a lastresort in the event the correction process was unable to complete itself. So far sogood and things seem fairly well on track since last year. So this is good news.

Some noticed over the recent one or two years more of a separation between theirhuman-self level and their higher-self level. To some it seemed as if this was anattempt to provide a more localized “high attractor”, like encouraging new muscle





through reaching and stretching. During this period some were wondering if theyeven had a higher self.

Consider also the possibility that your soul being was temporarily taken “offline”for repairs, clearing, and upgrades to prepare to be “made new”.

Others found they had a more unified experience in which the human self wassharing in a larger awareness of a larger being and vice versa.

Aches and pains can become very uncomfortable at times as our various humanbody systems are switched over to new modes of operation. Some of this is aresponse to the changes of the planet. Lately it has become difficult to sort out allthese strong sensations.

Some of this is also a response to a process of separating out the consciousness ofthe awakening “you” and so there is a reduction of the spiritual energies that

required to run your body.

This is also related to learning how to consciously leave ones physical body. Therecomes a point when the lower levels of self that have more a connection tophysical existence can look forward to a new adventure. This results in acooperative relationship of most of your human self. But if your lower levels ofconsciousness are still getting the signal to “keep slogging along” they willfaithfully continue to run the physical body until health or other crisis precipitatesa major breakdown.

For various reasons, often misguided, many spiritual psychology systems set one

portion of your human self against another portion of your human self. This tendsto reinforce a polarity situation that usually does not have a happy resolution. Whywould part of “you” want to “kill the ego” when the ego self is so connected to thecentral self of you? Ego self is a facet of the spiritual individuation experience foryour larger soul being. It can be distorted or it can become a center ofindividuation with no other agenda other than exploring, learning, and being.

When more of “you” learns what other possibilities there are for existence, theneven more off “you” wants to go along. This is not a trifling matter.

Central to this is reaching a sufficient level of completion. If your core human self

still has unfinished business and strong dynamics and belief systems that tie it into this 3d level, then how can you expect your lower self to willingly participate insome adventure that may somehow equate with “annihilation”?

However, if it sees that the human self is coherent and complete and happilyworking in concert with higher self, etc., then this represents a more stable or“safe” situation. Especially if it understands there is continuity to its existence,





perhaps as part of a new type of spiritual individuation that is also part of a muchlarger being.

So, now you have a new “partner” and more of you is “on board”. This would bethe part of you that also holds some of the keys to the physical and subtle realms

of the body consciousness. This level of consciousness contributes an intimateknowledge of the operation and navigation of the physical world. Can yourordinary self directly operate and access the cells, organs, and systems of yourbody?

When this stage is reached there is a state of no fear and there is a willingness tolet go of the body and other attachments of physicality for a new life at new levelsof existence.

I bring this up here since this seems to also be related to the misguided spiritualmisdirection that leads to unnecessary internal psychological conflicts.

(In the “old days”, the higher level soul beings would come and go from humanswith little care or regard for their “hosts”. Things are different now.)

One of the keys to resolving this is to address your “completion” as a human now.

When you make that breakthrough, there is a new type of freedom and new levelsof true free will to exercise. But it rarely works to try to convince yourself that youare complete. This is like tricking yourself. Doesn’t work very well. You can try thisas an “as if” exercise. Monitor your thoughts and impulses. Where is thereunfinished business? What is the nature of such concerns? Are these tied to

illusion of the matrix world? Are these related to interpersonal issues? Is theresomething from your human past that you need to address? Are there largerexistential spiritual issues?

When you find the deeper learning, then you find greater levels of completion.

Ultimately this has little to do with what you may or may not have imagined youdid or not done in the human world. Or what you imagine did or didn’t happen toyou in this lifetime. This is like realizing that there is nothing important about halffull/half empty notions and you walk away from the “paradigm of glass” entirely.

There is a level of satisfaction that comes from such essential completing. This iswhy we have emphasized this so much in recent months. Why wait? Perhapsthere is less “time” for this than you might imagine in this human lifetime.





Graduation

One of the benefits of human level existence for those who operate from a moreexpansive consciousness is that is offers direct knowing into the inner dynamicsand potentials of the matter density levels of 3d and the manifestation processes

of creation.

This has been a prime attractor for many soul beings to come here, no matter therisk. While there are other density experiences available, this one on Earth offersthe full range of challenges, further complicated by the dominant influence of thedark side.

In contrast to those who would have you “embrace the dark”, we suggest calling toyourself all your “true light” and asking of the correction energies to filter out anydark energy contaminants. This is especially effective if you understand somethingof the nature of the dark and the nature of this realm under the control of the

dark. Hence the importance of assimilating all the crucial spiritual learning youhave.

This is not a matter of book learning, this is your own internal learning and higherknowing. The larger transformational process is removing and filtering darkenergies leading to connection with the original unified field of creation that doesnot have nor require conflicting antagonisms in order to have a dynamicexistence.

The correction energies also appear to be amplifying and accelerating inherentdark side flaws in 3d. The dark energies have few and fewer places to hide and are

trying to maintain their foothold. This will affect human behavior, often inirrationally bizarre ways.

For those wondering what else might be next, there is the ongoing exploration ofthe awakening human self as a core or seed element to the higher self/soul beingor/and as a core or seed element to a new type of spiritual being.

Time-Space Adjustments and Anomalies

There has been some recent reports from people of possible time or space

anomalies. From simple things like vanishing and re-appearing objects to moredramatic things like lost time and other seeming impossibilities according tohuman consensus reality.

When we discussed the “big picture” in terms of ascension, transformation, theorigins of the dark, and the return of light, we made reference to the possibilitythat when all is said and done, it will be as if the dark had never existed.





It would be as if all the events contributing to trauma and abuse to all facets ofcreation under the influence of the dark would never have occurred and theconscious of soul beings and their various aspects and manifestations would be“made new”.

Some of these anomalous events that are being noticed are related to this.

Consider that the process of “re-writing” this Creation is underway and it is nowtouching in at 3-d in the human earth realm.

These adjustments are occurring in what we call the past and are being reviewedfrom what we might call our future. It is as if it is all is accomplished and we arehere simply tidying up everything in the “past”.

Popping Out of the Matrix

As the human self, per se, awakens further, questions comes to us such as "whatam I doing here"?

Too often there does not seem to be a higher self/soul being "online" to explainwhat has been happening and serve as trustworthy higher guidance.

In some ways this is like popping out of the Matrix in the movie of that name.

All I can say now is that this will become a bit more of problem and that it is awork in progress. Like the “Outer Limits” old television series, “please be patientwhile we adjust your signal.”

Intending your connection to the higher Oneness energies and connection isessential - regardless of whether there is functioning communications link openbetween the human "you" and the larger soul being "you" or its 3-d interface.

In some vague way it is a little like Dorothy in the Wizard of Oz intending "home"as she clicked her heels.

Remember not all strangers who offer to help have your higher and best interests.

Do not presume you can “fly” immediately - unless you know you can of course!

What is the highest spiritual aspirations that you are most attracted to?

How is your connection to the higher Oneness? Are there others like yourself youmay encounter?

What is your flight plan?





A Transfer of Consciousness

Given the state of consciousness of some people, it may seem only possible toequate the collapse and dissolution of this civilization with failure and

hopelessness. While quite understandable, it is not necessary to take this stance.

Others are developing a more expanded state of consciousness, and areanticipating more breakthroughs. And there is the excitement at the transfer ofconsciousness that is occurring.

Some are creating new energy bodies for themselves that their awakening humanconsciousness would transfer to. Some are preparing to transfer to their localenergy body. Some are preparing a separation from their physical existence, like arocket stage parting. Suffice to say there are various ways of maintaining anindividuation of consciousness.

I cannot speak to the possibility of the physical bodies vanishing, although I knowthis has been done and therefore it is a possibility for some. Some may “float out”in bubble-like or points of consciousness. And yes, there are those “alien/ET” alliesthat are more akin to aspects of our own larger being and who may step in whenthe time is appropriate.

There are those who may remain here for an interim period to help with theprocess of transition for the planet and humans. Some may remain embodiedmuch as they are now, some may leave their bodies, and some may for a periodmerge with another who may be embodied by mutual agreement. There are also

those who may merge some portion of themselves with the earth’s body.

The main bifurcation now is that of a small fraction of humans who areconsciously focused on their spiritual evolution as spiritual beings –in contrast tothose who mainly define their existence as a physical body based personality.

There are those who are spiritually-oriented, yet are obsessed somehow with theirDNA, etc. Similarly, there are those who are disturbed over the idea that “their”DNA was somehow messed with from alien abductions or perhaps eons ago, etc.

DNA, as it is with the intended notions by Creator for a human form, is at essencenot a bio-physical structure, it is a meta-program, a type of sentiency that serveswhatever higher level consciousness is responsible for it.

Worrying about your DNA is like worrying about whether your present physicalbody will become your immortal energy body. It is not likely. That said, there isthe possibility of some humans literally walking out of this reality. But this is notthe sine qua non for ascension.





To fixate on such notions is to effectively short-circuit or defeat ones ascension ofconsciousness.

It is the state of consciousness that is primary, always. This also implies a vibrational

state.

There are those who, whether they realize it or not, are on a path of transferringtheir consciousness to a new level of existence. This is not a matter of “leavinganyone behind”. Rather, it is a tremendous act of true service to the greatercreation and to the evolutionary path of the individual and its soul being.

To those who wonder what to do with themselves, that it is important to address“unfinished business” in whatever form or thought this entails and to focus oncompleting ones life as an awakening spiritual being. While frustrating at times,this is not mutually exclusive with doing what it takes to maintain ones ordinary

existence. This is a good time to simplify ones human existence, minimize thedistractions from the surreal matrix, find ways to ease ones existence, anddevelop a keen intent and focus upon what your highest attractor may be. Alwayspushing the envelope.

Insist upon only the real truth, not more projections or distortions.

Careful What You Wish For

For lack of a “high attractor”, the vast majority of humans have been cultivated todefine their existence according to terms set forth by the dark control matrix.

Consider someone interested in developing spiritual consciousness and ethicalliving while practically working toward a “good life” under the matrix reality.Consider that in two years they had a taste of the “dream” but it quickly became anightmare that many years later grew to present serious impediments to theirordinary material life. Once they had the experience of “the good life” and thenthe intrusion of the dark side that came as a “hidden attachment” like computermalware, there was a potential lesson to be gained from these contrasts. Thechoices were before them continually, but which to choose? And so the contrastbetween these two incompatible existences became an internal bifurcation thatdeveloped into a larger and larger tear in their consciousness and materialexistence.

This is the story for so many today, whether they are an aspiring small farmer orsomeone with educational (matrix world) training that they were led to believe“qualified” them for a chance at the “good life” and a “meaningful life” within thecontrol system.





Even with honorable intentions, if you deliberately seek “success” in the matrixworld, this immediately limits your consciousness. It does not make you evil ordark, but it limits your capacities.

Those who have succeeded with enormous wealth and influence for the most part

have been rewarded for their role as intermediaries in the parasitism of energy, asrepresented by money and the emotional attachments invested with people whoare the prey. This is a human “as below” counterpart to the dark force “as above”parasitism and predation upon light energy. It is one way to understand the murkyundercurrents of intense emotional energies of everyday life under the dark forcesas well the more extraordinary levels released during mass warfare.

While there are always those exceptions, the main point here is that this reality isnot one to identify with. Learn from it yes, but maintain a well-considereddetachment from it. Easier said than done.

Today, it is important to find ways to ease your material life in every way possibleand take greater responsibility for your own spiritual “care and feeding”. This ismore important now than ever before. The more you are free of this dark-lightentangled matrix, the more this will help others.

A New Earth

The ambiguous notion of a “new earth” represents a new vibrational existencethat is in accord with higher oneness of true creation. It is also related to themaking new of the consciousness and physical environment of this planetarybody. These are not mutually exclusive and may be more coincidental in time and

space than many realize.

Some day in some new future, there may be explorers who discover unusual rockformations that were to us in our present time a major city or a nuclearinstallation. They may well wonder about the residues of plastics and othersubstances they find in the rock that originates from this period of existence.

As to this familiar earth, its consciousness needs to be renewed, the presenthuman civilization cleared or removed, and the biosphere renewed.

It is possible and likely that there will be those awakened humans who willconstitute “islands of light” and who will remain here to watch and participate inthe process. There are also those who will transfer some portion of theirconsciousness into this planetary body. This is not the first time this has beendone by highly awakened beings when they are done with their bodily form.

In one version of a future world that has benefited from the “correction energies “and the lessons learned here in this realm, there may be one in which the memory





and consciousness of “matter” itself will be sentient with the deeper lessons andknowledge of the this and other worlds that came before.

A new earth imbued with a sentiency that extends to the atoms of matter willenjoy a special relationship with . Those beings who walk upon a highly sentient

new earth will find a telepathic-like connection with the entire planet. From thisclose mutual relationship can develop a new type of planetary organism.

In the first essay “New Ways of Creation” there is a big hint that the very mode ofpresent day “making stuff” is fundamentally counter to that of an evolved spiritualexistence.

This will be how nascent creator beings will learn the process of manifestation,starting out in simple ways.

Islands of Light

There are now growing catastrophes in the material world. In response, somepeople will cooperate in a positive way with one another and perhaps find newmeaning in their ordinary human lives. Material cooperation is a tangible benefitof cooperative conscious community and provides a basis to develop somethingfar more expansive than just material cooperation.

Of those, some will seek to deepen this into a spiritual connection, while otherswill seek to restore what they found comfortable of the old. In my “futureforwards”, I found small “islands of light” of simple living of small communities ofpeople in various areas. The focus of these communities was solely upon spiritual

evolution.

For some indeterminate interim period these “islands of Light”, mostly locatedaway from urbanized madness, will be exceptional situations. There is noguarantee as to durability of any of these communities. Some may receiveassistance from non-earthly, non-ordinary sources. Their purpose will be toprovide mutual support for their own spiritual evolution and to help others inwhatever capacity that may be appropriate to their main purpose in being. Inaddition these would likely provide a direct conduit to the real time situationrelative to the planet and the human sphere of existence.

Final Resolutions

A vast creation consciousness would not deliberately set out to in effect repeatedlyabuse itself as existence within the dark realm has been experienced.

Imagine sending probes to an unknown world, it would take many efforts toeventually get a probe successfully through to this dense realm that would





eventually provide a coherent signal back to source. It would then takeconsiderable effort and time to send more probes to determine something usefulabout the nature of an unknown such as the denser levels of creation. Even morewould be sent to understand the unknown world’s “ecology”. Eventually therewould be probes to explore the potential for a growing sentiency. It would take a

supreme effort over time to collect and assimilate what has been learned.

Imagine now that this is also how soul beings and other higher level beings haveexplored the denser realms of creation, often at great risk to themselves.Eventually enough conscious beings would need to have “feet on the ground” todevelop a consensus on what it is they discovered.

We are now in the stages of many levels of completion and the outcome may wellsurpass what could have been anticipated or intended –despite all that hasoccurred or been perceived to have occurred here.

When all is “said and done” it will be as if the dark never existed and the highcreation consciousness will know of the dangers of the “great error” and thus willnot engender it.

In pursuit of real truth it is necessary to set aside ones assumptions about onesown existence and even the nature of existence itself. In most instances, thisrequires a level of detachment and surrender that is contrary to the nature ofpresent day human existence. This also means to surrender notions of ones selfand learn to function as if you are more than your physical body and limitedsocially-defined self.

The potential for learning and evolutionary growth is unimaginable for those whochoose this.

Those who do not pursue such a course will have ample opportunities upon theend of their physical existence. In the interim there will some intermittent two-way communication with their higher levels of being, usually with only a limitedawareness of this by the humans self. So you see, all is not lost. It is truly a “no-fault” situation.

Beyond Choice

To return to the opening point of this section, the choices can be distilled asfollows: Either original creation was insane in creating what would eventuallydevelop into an anti-creation force, “the Dark” –or– The emergence of the Darkwas the result of an error, an oversight that perhaps could not have beenanticipated in its effects.





The implications of this for human and other individuated beings can be distilledinto the following: Reject original creator and embrace the dark; Reject the darkand embrace original creation; Reject both and attempt to seed “something else”,and consequently give birth to another version of the “dark”.

There are elements of the dark that take a great deal of "proprietary care" in theactivities of "their" humans as it may further their agenda. Those elements of thedark in their own perverse way "love" what it is that is in their realm, under theirinfluence. There are other elements of the dark that relish in destructive chaoswhen their desired outcomes fail or are thwarted.

This is a fallen realm that relies upon layers of deceptions and false dichotomies toentrap residents and visitors alike. Love-hate, love-fear, war-peace, etc. areexamples of false dichotomies. The basis for the deeper falsehoods is traceable tothe origins of the dark forces.

The philosophy of unity of opposites, notions of random statistical probabilities, allthese are dynamics of a sub-reality based upon falsehood and distortions. While atone level within the dark control paradigm these principles are operative, these arenot the root program itself, rather they are part of its deceptions. Personal andcollective pain, suffering, and anguish all have their origins with the dark side thatbroke away from true creation.

Those who know this, know that there cannot be a solution to falsehood andpolarity that comes from within the realm of falsehood and polarity. The solutionis found from the realm of original creation and that is directly linked to the sparkof original creation that is passed to our larger soul beings and that through them

connects to our awakening human consciousness.

In conclusion, a few more “notes for the journey”…

“You” are more than your physical body and as such there is no such thing as“death” as human culture expresses it as something to fear. This is known wellfrom many who have traveled back and forth.

Your human beliefs do influence you initially upon making your transition.Consider, the least baggage, usually the better. Having a high level attractor also

helps in navigating your way.

There are healing and learning centers, classes and teachers on the “other side” tohelp. There are no right or wrong answers, and no timed exams!

“You” are most likely connected with a larger evolving soul being that has beenworking to understand the human experience and the nature of density and muchmore. This is part of its learning and evolving. It is that which will most likely





welcome your awakening human self. You will find more of your connection toyour own higher soul being or higher self –directly as well through your higher self–and your connection to the light of true creation. It is your first step toward“Home” and your reconnection to your greater being, memories, and true Creator.

So many are tired or angry and wish to leave this existence. This is veryunderstandable, but such positions are based upon repulsion and not a positiveattraction. So it is a negative thing. This is endless since it based upon “not thisand not that”. Then what ? There needs to be a high level attractor. People cangenerally spend their entire life rejecting all that does not seem right. This is anendless process in a fallen realm. So at some point there needs to be a primeattractor. One that represents the higher levels of “truth” and “beauty” and “love”that is essential to the true creation impulse.

Some will develop the highest vibrational love, a localized counterpart to the “highoneness” of the true creation. This becomes ones own growing energy beacon, a

new “call home” signal. It can be directed upward and a reciprocal responsereceived, one that can resonate between and grow between your lower and higherlevels of being, and that could expand outwards.

Call the true light to yourself and yourself to the true light. Ask that the correctionenergies of creation aid you in this process, flowing through the space between theatoms of your physicality and flowing through your higher level being.

A Possible Teaching and Training Program to FosterCooperative and Awakened Community

The social science research we undertook ( In Our Own Words - “IOOW-2000”)demonstrated through statistical analysis and intuitive insights, the state of social-spiritual consciousness, the nature of the social control memes, and how to bridgethem in promoting transitional community that can be more receptive todeveloping higher consciousness.

No one had undertaken such work before, partly due to the requirement oforiginating intentions and conceptualization, complex expertise required, and thecosts of implementation.

Essays on conscious and awakened community have explained essential and

guiding principles and origins to help people find new ways to be with one anotherand to align themselves with the new creation or correction energies.

Taken together with the awakened community material, this forms the basis of animportant teaching program that people of a wide range of interests would findcompelling and illuminating.

“Why bother now?”

Simply this: as long as you are embodied there is a growing pressure to learn whatis be learned about reality and existence and to support one another in various

ways, including cooperative awakened community. This is not about trying tobuild an enduring new village, city, or civilization as the old disintegrates allaround. This is about conscious awakening in a mutually supportive environmentthat could include a high-degree of self-sufficiency and a way to help ease thegrowing burdens of ordinary material life. Perhaps such conscious and awakenedcommunities could form the nucleus for islands of Light. Perhaps.





The main thing is that no one knows how long human existence will be on thisplanet, nor do most know how long their own personal human existence willcontinue.

Thus, if you understand the importance of what has been conveyed in these pages

over the years, then you are on a path of awakening to your spiritual nature that isbeyond your ordinary physical form.

If this is so, then you also are aware how little there is left in the old life and how itis that personal “completions” are so very important.

Thus it matters not how long your biological life span will be, but rather what oneis to do with their nascent spiritual energies.

In this regard, we are looking for individuals or organizations with integrity andcapacity to carry this out. For those called to such service, I am confident that your

For those already moving ahead

Notes on Vibrational Levels

and AscensionThe soul beings have energy centers that extend out, mostly into a correspondingenergetic spectrum (something like 3.0 to 3.9-d, 6.0 to 6.9-d, etc.) potentially

through various levels of creation and at times bridging between them. Thecapacity of this is usually governed by the state of evolution of the soul being. Acorresponding situation exists in a limited way among humans as well.

Some levels of soul beings, just as with humans, have sustained degradation overtime and damage from dark interference. If this damage or circuitry degradation is

severe enough whole levels can be cut off or otherwise isolated. At some point,there can be enough difficulty that even the human or the soul being can haveserious “health issues”.

Now, imagine a stack of thick plates of glass or clear crystal material. These wouldrepresent the range or spectrum of the main vibrational states or dimensions ofexistence. You can look through all the stacks and sometimes see somethingabove and below or beyond, but usually this view is limited in scope and is subject

to distortion due to refraction andocclusions in the material. Now changeyour point of view to something

parallel or to the side, and it is possibleto look through the range of all theselayers and take in more of the qualitiesof each layer.

Embracing both, with internalexperience within and among each of the

layers, provides a greater depth ofunderstanding of creation. Without this it

is not possible to evolve to new levels ofbeing.

Each level of dimensional layer potentiallyconnects to all comparable levelsthroughout The All.

This is comparable (in the “as below”) to a





human charka extending forth over vast distances –galactic or beyond.

These levels are energy transducers and were intended to function as such.

The usual viewpoint from human POV is a limited one looking through many

layers and unable to see the whole picture. As a 3-d POV, there are evenchallenges to taking in the breadth of the range of vibratory levels in 3d.

A new point of view is one that can look through all the layers or levels at onceand begin to integrate this. It may be possible for some soul beings to access asmuch of this creational space as possible at once. Also to look at what is next,where all this can be going relative to the corrections as well as future evolution.Yes, the awakened human selfbecomes a participant or observer atleast in all this.

As with the human chakras (a miniversion) so it is with the soul levels,etc. that they are extensive andenormous transducers –when theyare working properly. There really isno finite shape or limit, these varyand potentially connect with most ofcreation.

Also from the soul being perspective it generallyregards itself as vast and eternal. Very little

bothers it. Even if some upstart aspect on Earthis jumping up and down about the rising watersand boiling gases, and all the alligators, etc.

So the soul being may appear to be nearly staticin so many ways and speaking generally, barelyaware of its situation and parameters. After all

there is a lot to learn but speaking generally, it has little idea as to when it is ready.Everything is so very interesting.Everything. And there is part ofthe problem.

Due to dark interferences, andvarious encounters with “Borgships”, the soul being accumulatessludge and crud, implants andhidden bombs, and suffers fromvarious voids and internalpotholes. Usually these are part of





the learning and there are cosmic car washes to visit periodically. However, theseentities were not equipped to deal with the anti-creational force of the Dark.

These accumulations begin to interfere with the souls ability to interact ortransducer energies across its levels and thus interferes with its connection to

higher Oneness and as these accumulations concentrate in proximity betweenlevels, communications between levels is interfered with.

Worse yet are the implants and other subtle world “tech” that is used to monitor,manipulate, and siphon energy.

This entire situation makes it nearly impossible for the soul to be of direct andeffective help to its distant fractions or aspects that it sends out in its process ofprobing and learning of the nature of creation and in developing or evolving itself.

Even connection to the higher Oneness is interfered with.

As we look at the billions of soul beings presently connected through humans, itappears as though roughly 20% to 30% are generally light and 80% to 70% aregenerally dark. This is not a reflection upon their core nature, rather it is adescription of the general situation and the extent of the damage done byinteracting with the Dark force. Like going through a dirt storm without a bath.

As to humans, it appears as though a small percentage, perhaps even less than 1%are presently capable of moving into their own evolutionary completion. Perhapsanother few to several % are willingly accepting of their conscious ascension.

The End of “Grand Cycles”By Alex Kochkin

The mythology that prevails is that there are “grand cycles” during which there isan alternating degeneration and ascension of consciousness. This is closely linkedto the notions of there always being dark and light and that this is “how thingsare” and “how things were meant to be”. This is comparable to the falsehood thatthe Dark was deliberately created as a “teaching tool”. An alternate notion is thatthe Dark is a product of humanity’s fundamental “sin” or “fall” from grace. Arelated corollary is that the Dark is actually performing a valuable and consciousservice by showing humans the difference.

These are false memes that are woven into a wide range of ancient, religious, andnew age teachings. Those who are most keen on 2012 meme, also accept it as a

temporal marker in these notions of “grand cycles”.

There may well be some ancient influence of solar cycles, binary star or distantplanetary relationship. But even if true, and spanning a substantial time period,this does not mean that this is how things always are or were intended to be. It isquite likely that these celestial phenomena are related to the period of the fall tobegin with and actually have nothing to do with “how things were originallyintended”.

In Global Awakening News, we have discussed the origins of the Dark andexplained logic and criteria that one can apply for themselves in discerning truth

from falsehoods.

It is also interesting that one version of these cycle says that were still have quite afew centuries of the Dark remaining (Yukteswar) –and thus a good excuse to telleveryone to “suck it up” and settle in for the long haul under the control of thedark forces.

These notions of cycles of spiritual light and spiritual darkness may well have beenapt descriptors of how things were, but from perspectives that have their originoutside of the dark control realm, such notions only serve to perpetuate thecontrol of the dark by misleading people into thinking these “grand cycles” are

somehow immutable and how things always are to be.

Higher Oneness, 3d Life,

and BeyondBy Alex Kochkin

Away from this fallen realm, in the vastness of true creation there are differencesand diversity but not antagonistic conflicts. It is a falsehood that opposites arerequired for existence or creation to evolve. “The All” is essentially self regulatingthrough shared higher oneness, etc. There is no “dark”, only the great “Is-ness” of“true creation”… the “true light” you could call it. It does not see itself as part of adynamic or dialectic with “dark”. Such things simply do not make sense and arebeyond irrelevant.

This is one of the reasons that it has taken so long to comprehend the nearlyimpossible situation in the 3d earth-human-soul being realm.

But now it is all changed.

I really do not know how this will play out. But the next step that I am aware of isthe bridging of states of being and consciousness. This facilitates more of a“transfer of consciousness”.

Some will remain embodied but with partially ascended awareness, some stayingfocused here for a while to help in all manner imaginable; some who will remain

embodied a while longer will go back and forth helping humans to make theirtransitions; some will lose their embodiment and be of assistance on the otherside, etc. There are many variations to all this.

The new states of awareness are enough to keep many here and embodied a whilelonger –it is so interesting and engaging and such a pleasant surprise. This newlevel of awareness also helps in navigating this world with greater ease and lessstress –slipping between the rough spots. The new consciousness permits deeperand more rapid learning of the dynamics of 3d density level creational problemsand possibilities.

What matters for this new wave of partially ascended consciousness is theconnection to higher oneness and to effect a similar connection at all levels intodensity that are possible.

There are those who are transformation-ascension directed, yet still are concernedand distracted by human events. The situation is what it is and perhapsacknowledging how dismaying the whole situation of humans on earth has beenwill have to suffice for now. Anger has little place in the process for the transfer of





consciousness as it only perpetuates a polarity of dark versus light –something thatshould never have existed.

Many who are spiritually inclined are hoping and anticipating for this version ofhumanity to achieve some “golden age”, perhaps as soon as 2013. How are 7

billion terribly confused and naïve humans going to do this in two years with aplanetary environment that is already ruined beyond human repair? I do not seethis occurring based on the present state of human consciousness and theenormous human population living in a state of chaos and distortedconsciousness.

Looking at the larger situation, the soul being level must integrate what has beenlearned here and be prepared to work in a manner congruent with creationprinciples of higher oneness. This is the heritage of soul beings imbued with thedivine spark of existence. Those soul beings that are ready to do this are alreadypreparing. This will contribute to new patterns to be applied in working with a

human or other 3d self upon a new earth or comparable situation.

The state of consciousness and being that originates from “Creator of All” and thatexists in the vastness of “The All” has no place for conflictual antagonistic polarity.It does not exist at those levels and was never intended to. Yet differences do existand interact within a mutual higher oneness. What might be deemed “mistakes”are creational learning that is self-regulating through this shared higher oneness.

Knowing all this, there is no reason in our own higher being not to have someexpression in acknowledging all this. Dismay is quickly replaced by elation withthe new energies and the new freedom that is experienced.

While eventually much of what has taken place here in dark realm will be erased –as if the dark never existed – during this transition period of unknown duration, itwould be unwise to ignore this or pretend otherwise. This is most certainly thecase for those who will be here – embodied or not – assisting those still self-identified as “human” with their transition process to a more expanded or higherstate of consciousness and eventual new state of being.

For whatever it is worth to those reading this, it is possible through individuationof higher consciousness to explore and live in situations that are not compatiblewith ordinary earthly life. For example, moving through the apparent solidity of a

planet, entering into the sun, taking a dip in a lava lake, moving through deepspace. This also suggests it is possible for highly evolved beings to directly interactwith these more specifically “detailed” levels of creation. This would include thedevelopment of a collective planetary organism that is capable of moving throughthe sea of creation, no longer under the domination of orbital physics. This is onepossibility for a “new earth”.

A Noble Sentiment but…

Spiritual Responsibility at

the Higher LevelsBy Alex Kochkin

There has been a noble and worthy sentiment circulating among the “higherlevels” that tends to cross-link with the human level and soul-levels to “keep onkeeping on”. This has a human as below counterpart, that being the impulse forhumans to continue on, adapting to worsening conditions, procreating, makingnew industries, yet never learning much about the true nature of existence in 3-d.

Assume the higher human powers-that-be are practically gone, their powerbroken, and assume the invisible dark forces also are practically gone, their powerbroken as well. Why not see what the humans will do “on their own”? Perhapseven with a little help from some of the “good guys”? Perhaps even with areduced human population? …And with all that has been, what is a little moresuffering if for such a noble goal? To this last point, I would say that if there was abetter “track record” of correcting such a horrendous situation, perhaps therewould be many more awakened humans who would be signing on. And what ofthe higher level soul beings…? (Please bear in mind this has been is a broadcharacterization, like a caricature, and is not a literal description.)

The main problem as I can present it, is that of spiritual responsibility at the higherlevels. How could humans be left to fend for themselves, even with some outsidehelp, on a planet so ruined by the dark forces, in a situation not of their making?In addition, there is a major problem with this: The possibility of a new dark forcearising out of some portion of future humans who wind up rejecting the HigherOneness.

Some humans might evolve with the help of the creation correction energies andthe higher beings and appreciate what came before and why and be fully willing totake on such a challenge of reclaiming a damaged world from the dark.

Yet others might take umbrage, wondering why they were placed in such asituation of environmental and material adversity, in a situation not of theirmaking. Of this group, a portion may even wonder if “the gods are insane” andform the basis for a new dark, anti-creation force, a variant on the “Luciferic”impulses that have so influenced much of human development. This situationalone may result in many conflicts and impediments between humans of disparatelevels of evolutionary development.





Challenges to this situation are manifold beyond the obvious with regard to thedeleterious living environment and the collapse of this civilization and itstechnologies. The deeper challenges pertain to problems with the vibration state of3-d matter/reality at the atomic bonds that are required for a stable 3-d reality

matrix. (The atomic bond problem is related to this being a creation of the darkthat lacked the essence of the true Creator in its imaging this manifestation. Thusit came as close as it could and these instabilities are becoming more noticeable.)And then there is the problem of implanted memories and memes and damage tothe field structures of humans and their consciousness. And of course the relateddamage to the fields of the higher level beings that are associated with the humanshere and now. In the short run, there is the problem of the carryover of a rapidlydegenerating human existence materially and socially with myriad humansreacting through various degrees of insanity based on extreme stress andunresolvable cognitive dissonance.

We have written before that it would be spiritually irresponsible on the part of thehigher levels to keep humanity imprisoned as it is, with increased suffering anddysfunctional of consciousness. It is equally spiritually irresponsible to simplyleave everyone here on earth to the increased predation of the dark. This bearsupon both an imaginary continuance of this version of humans –and uponwhatever remainder there is from the ascension process.

At this time I can only offer reasonable speculations as to what measures will betaken to minimize this. Such speculation however has no place in this discussionat this time. Suffice to say that this is still being addressed in various ways, and notthrough any one modality. Further, it is not something we can do anything about

from this level, at this time.

The process is in good hands and on track.

Spiritual AngerBy Alex Kochkin

Yes, "spiritual anger" does have a useful place for a little while, if for no otherreason than to help motivate and raise up one’s internal spiritual elements. Thequestion then becomes how is this new-found energy to be directed or channeled?

I do so understand. It is all so unfair at so many levels. And additionallymaddeningly frustrating to feel beleaguered by the stresses of this human worldwhile also dealing with the challenges of developing ones connection to onesdivine origins. This challenge becomes all the greater if ones higher level soulbeing is also "under repair and reconstruction" as well.

“Divine intervention" does not really comprehend things like currencies and

nations and the details of corruption of humanity, etc. --a type of corruption thatinsinuates itself all the way down into the individual human level. The change isone that occurs from the spiritual beings all the way "down" into the humanvehicle --and now with the "correction energies" from the human vehicle"upwards" into the higher levels. Thus a complete circuit is attempted.

The planet itself is undergoing a comparable set of alterations since the planetaryconsciousness was also corrupted by the dark.

I can do nothing directly to help those who are in situations where their humanoptions are limited to joining a military, struggle on as subsistence slave labor,

take to the streets in futile protests and become expendable pawns to forces theyknow nothing of, or end ones human life out of despair such as is occurring withso many in so many places around the world.

We are presently focused here on that small portion who are literally waking totheir connection with their greater being and connection to higher oneness. Theyare the ones who will be in a position to be of aid to many more. But none of thisis about restoring nations, economies, government, or anything else that plugspeople into a social control system again.

For those who are now in the leading waves of those who are nearing "ignition" of

these spiritual energies and expanded consciousness, it is essential to "stay thecourse" and not dissipate these new spiritual energies in all those ways that haveno beneficial effect at any level.

If one is in the process of awakening to this, it is ones human self choice, howeverinformed or misinformed, whether to throw ones human self into a battle againstmaterial and non-material forces that are barely comprehensible --or to become amore evolved spiritual being and thus be able to truly be of greater service.




Put even more plainly: Imagine a family of many many children, all with "greatpotential" , but only one embodies or otherwise becomes that potential. Along theway this “one of many” sees what is wrong with their siblings but also knows thatthey cannot "fix them" no matter how high and noble the intent.

Does this “one of many” stay in the sinking vessel with their siblings and drownsalong with them in the name of "solidarity" to their siblings and participate furtherin their imminently terminal experience? Or does this “one of many” rise to theoccasion and go on to reach a higher position from which they can understandand possibly be of further help? Furthermore, imagine such aid and assistance isnot to necessarily in the form of material rescue from the sinking vessel --so theycan repeat the same experience in another form --but rather to be there towelcome them when they make their transition from their former material peril.

PS:Consider the situation of someone interested in developing spiritual consciousnessand ethical living while practically working toward a “good life” under the matrixreality. Consider that in two years they had a taste of the “dream” but it quicklybecame a nightmare that many years later grew to present serious impediments totheir ordinary material life. Once they had the experience of “the good life” andthen the intrusion of the dark side that came as a “hidden attachment” likecomputer malware, there was a potential lesson to be gained from these contrasts.The choices were before them continually, but which to choose? And so thecontrast between these two incompatible existences became an internal

bifurcation that developed into a larger and larger tear in their consciousness andmaterial existence.

This is the story for so many today, whether they are an aspiring small farmer orsomeone with educational (matrix world) training that they were told “qualified”them for a chance at the “good life”.
