Cardiac Imaging Conferences in general provide expert insight into standardized protocols and recent advances in cardiac evaluation. A balanced perspective of the clinicians view with radiologists opinion is presented to the patients.

It has been sheer joy for my team in the department to conduct the annual meetings of Imaging Today for the last 8

years. We have periodically covered topics from each subspeciality in Radiology and our associate colleagues from the Clinical Departments have been forthcoming to jointly conduct these events. Our Pediatric Cardiologists, and Cardiac Surgeons join us in presenting this Cardiac CT & MRI Update.

Prof. Scott D. Flamm, MD, is Head of the Section of Cardiovascular Imaging in the Cleveland Clinic Division of Radiology. Dr. Flamm serves or has served on the Editorial Boards of Circulation, Radiology, International Journal of Cardiovascular Imaging, Journal of Cardiovascular Magnetic Resonance, Open Magnetic Resonance Journal and the Texas Heart Institute Journal He was elected President of the Society for Cardiovascular Magnetic Resonance .

A galaxy of other luminaries will also be joining us during the two day conference Including Dr Ashita Barthur from JayaDeva Institute in Bangalore, Dr Srinivas Desai from Jaslok hospital, Dr Sanjeev Sharma, Dr Gurpreet Gulati and Dr Sanjeev Kumar from AIIMS, Dr Rochita V Ramanan from Apollo Heart Centre Chennai, Dr Kulbir Ahlawat from Medanta the Medicity, Dr Raja Joshi from SGRH, and of course our very own Dr Om Taori and Dr Rammohan Vadapalli.

We have a workshop in Cardiac CT & Cardiac MRI on 30th August, which is being conducted by Dr Vimal Raj from Narayan Hriduyalaya and Dr Anurag Yadav from SGRH one day prior to the CME. Seats for the CME are limited.
