▶ Developed draft Final Environmental Document, including responses to ~300 comment letters � All comments and responses to be published in Final EIS/EIR
▶ Completed local agency review process
▶ Administrative Draft of Final Environmental Document still undergoing FTA review � Second round of FTA comments received – focused primarily
on the document structure & format
� Submitted revised draft to FTA
� Third round of FTA comments pending, expected this week
� Next step: Address remaining FTA comments, seek final approval to release document
Changes to EIS/EIR

Three changes to the Hybrid Alternative incorporated into Final Document:
1. Local-only stop and parking/loading retention at Spruce Street
2. Retention of Webster Street bridge with new surface crossings (but Steiner Street bridge to be removed)
3. Additional Vision Zero pedestrian safety improvements
