1. Negotiated corporate master national agreements with all strategic suppliers. Agreements included terms and conditions, pricing programs, stocking programs and incentive rebates. Created approximately $4M per year in annual rebates as well as significant pricing reductions.

2. Managed the corporate assets procurement department for over 7 years. Responsible for approximately $100M in expenditures per year. Managed department through three different company ownership changes. Incorporated/implemented new policies and procedures each time the company came under new management.

3. Managed corporate assets procurement for work projects in various US and Canadian locations. Instrumental in set up and maintenance of supplier management, equipment management and procurement practices for each work site. Identified, qualified and managed each major material/equipment supplier at each project. Set up competitive bidding process at each project to significantly decrease material/equipment costs. Worked on several government projects.

4. Significant experience working with accounting teams to streamline payment of invoices from suppliers at work projects and final close out of projects. Significant experience in all facets of customer service.

5. Re-organized the purchase order layout and filing system. Created/implemented new system for implementation and management of change orders.

6. Created/implemented work project procurement start up policies. Responsible for overseeing/assisting work project procurement teams and also monitoring their activity to ensure procurement policies were being followed.

7. Created competitive pricing situation with all major suppliers of equipment. This competition kept our equipment prices the lowest in the industry and the master national agreements locked in our terms, pricing, availability and incentive rebates. This competition created significant savings.
