Transmitters,FlowTransmitters,ControlValve,Solenoid Valve,pH Transmitter, Conductivity Transmitter,ORP Transmitter, turbidity transmitter, Chlorine transmitter, Rate of Flow and Pressure Switch

Review of Instrument Data sheet, Instrument hook up diagram, P&IDs and Instrument Cable Schedule

Erection and Installation of Operator Station & Engineering station for DM Section which includes establishing communication between Input Output Panels and both Engineering Station & Operator station

On – site review and modifications in Instrument Cable Schedule, P&IDs as per operation requirement.

Commissioning of Remote Input Output Panels in Chlorination & Pre-Treatment Plant and establishing communication with DM Section Programmable Logic Controller(PLC)

DM Section Automation includes interlock checking , logic sequence and protection checking of Micro Grade Filter(MGF) ,Ultra Filter(UF),Reverse Osmosis(RO) and Mixed Bed(MB) Section

Chlorination Section Automation includes auto sequence check , interlock & protection check of Evaporator Area and Chlorine toner Area

Pre- Treatment Plant Automation includes Raw Water Pump House, Rapid Gravity Sand Filter(RGSF) and pump house

Performing all the Control & Instrumentation Preventive Maintenance (PM) & Corrective Maintenance activities in Water Treatment Plant

Performing calibration of all instruments as per Calibration Schedule updated in SAP and maintaining the records
