Field Trips
● Field Trip payments are due no later than two weeks from the date of a field trip. If you have signed and returned a permission slip for your Champion(s), the expectation is that you will be paying for the trip your student is to attend.
● Students whose trips remain unpaid by the payment due date will not be permitted to attend a trip and will remain at school with alternate educational opportunities.
● It is imperative that we receive payments in time to pay invoices for our trip locations, which is often based on student attendance. We do not receive any additional funding for field trips and transportation.
● If a grade level does not collect enough funds to cover trip costs, trips will be cancelled. This is not our goal as we feel strongly about the educational benefit our trips offer and our CLs have worked hard to plan these experiences for our champions.
● Trips must be paid for in Orgsonline. You may choose to pay for all trips at one time, but no later than the due date of the earliest listed trip.
● Please email [email protected] for direct assistance in paying for field trips.
● Please email [email protected] for other Orgsonline related inquiries.
Art for Sale! The art department has made a
limited edition run of prints of two of Mr. Barton’s
original drawings. These are going to be for sale
until we run out. The prints are available at the
front desks at the Mcintosh and Brevard Rd
campuses. Proceeds will benefit art K-12.
○ 5 x 7 = $20
○ 8 x 10 = $30
