GENERAL T&C’S

• Orders must be submitted along with a completed ‘Upgrade Return Form’ for registration on the system.• Tools to be upgraded must have a valid TexPack contract, if not a ‘New TexPack’ must be submitted with the order to take advantage of these upgrade promotions.• For tools with a valid TexPack subscription, the ‘Upgrade’ must be carried out through the registered dealer.• Valid TexPack’s will be transferred to the new tool with their original expiry date.• Compatible software integrations may be transferred providing the additional software has a valid TexPack, if not a ‘New TexPack’ must be submitted with the order.• Tools that are out of contract can be transferred to another distributor by submitting a ‘Transfer request’ and ‘New TexPack’ along with the order.• Display units must have the registered interface (VCI) returned with the main unit to qualify for the ‘Upgrade’.• Any display unit or interface submitted under this ‘Upgrade promotion’ will automatically be scrapped and blocked from any further updates or transfers.• This ‘Upgrade’ is not available in conjunction with any other offers or promotions.• Dealers must check and ensure compatibility of any existing TEXA interfaces, vehicle specific cables or related hardware.• A £500 surcharge will automatically be added to the invoice and will be credited when the old unit or units and relevant Hasp are received by TEXA UK’s office within 10 days of activation.• If a tool is submitted under the upgrade scheme is not returned to us and even if the surcharge is paid, the unit wil be automatically and irreversibly blocked to prevent sale/transfer/update/submission under any future upgraded Campaigns.• These offers are valid from 1st December 2016 but may be withdrawn or amended at any time• If there are any questions please contact the Customer Service team who will be happy to assist you.• All prices are subject to VAT

(1A) Nemo/Nano Car & Nemo/TXTs Car upgrade

• Only the following ‘Car’ Products will be accepted under this upgrade promotion: Axone 4 & Interface, Axone 3 & Interface, Navigator TXT Car/Mobile Car/Tribox Car/ Wireless and Associated Hasp, Axone Direct Car/Smart Car and Associated Hasp, Axone Pad Car/Palm Car with interface and Associated Hasp and Axone 2000 Car.• Tools submitted under this upgrade must have a Car software licence attached (no blank interfaces will be accepted)

(1B) Nemo/TXTs Upgrade

• Only the following ‘Truck’ products will be accepted under this upgrade promotion: Axone 4 & Interface, Axone 3 Truck & Interface, Navigator TXT Truck/Mobile Truck/Tribox Truck and Associated Hasp, Axone Pad Truck with interface and Associated Hasp and Axone 2000 Truck.• Tools submitted under this upgrade must have a Truck software licence attached (No blank interfaces will be accepted).

(1C) Truck TXTs interface/cable upgrade

• Only the following ‘Truck’ products will be accepted under this upgrade promotion: Navigator TXT Truck/ Mobile Truck/Tribox Truck.• Tools submitted under this upgrade must have a Truck software licence attached (No blank interfaces will be accepted).

(2A) Nemo/Axone 4 Display Upgrade

• Only the following products will be accepted under this upgrade promotion: Axone 4 display unit• The Axone 4 licence must have been activated for a minimum of 6 months.• The Nemo is not compatible with TXT interfaces starting DNT or TXC interfaces starting DNG

(2B) Nemo PC display upgrade

• Only the PC product licences will be accepted under this upgrade promotion and the relevant HASP must be returned • The Licence must have been activated for a minimum of 6 months.• The Nemo is not compatible with TXT interfaces starting DNT or TXC interfaces starting DNG

(3C) Car Interface Upgrade

• Only the following ‘Car’ products will be accepted under this upgrade promotion: Navigator Mobile, Navigator Wireless/Classic, Tribox.• Tools submitted under this upgrade must have a Car software licence attached (No blank interfaces will be accepted).
