To add a proxy user, the Faculty of Record will select the Class tab. If the Faculty of Record does not wish to add a proxy user, then they can proceed to Slide 11.

To enter Official Final Grades, the Faculty of Record will need to select the Official Final Grades gradebook.

The Faculty of Record will then see the new view of the Official Final Grades gradebook, pre-populated with the latest SIS information for his/her course.

To import final grades from an existing gradebook, the Faculty of Record will need to select the gradebook and the assignment and then select import.

After importing grades, the Faculty of Record can review and modify the imported information.

A Requirement Designation (RD) Grade is required if the RD option is set to Yes.

The Last Date Attended is required for a grade of FN.

The Faculty of Record may save the gradebook for editing at a later time.

Once the Faculty of Record has completed all Grade Input fields, he/she can either save or submit the final grades.

Upon successful submission, the Faculty of Record will be presented with a final opportunity to cancel and modify the submission.

The Faculty of Record will receive a confirmation screen with a submission date/time stamp as well as a confirmation number for tracking purposes.

The Faculty of Record will have the ability to export the final grades submitted to a CSV file.

Select Export, then select Save to export a copy of the gradebook to your local machine.

If the Faculty of Record returns to the Official Final Grades gradebook after they have already submitted the grades, they will be presented with this screen.
