AUCTIONEERS FOREWORD Nock Deighton Agricultural LLP have been favoured with this farm dispersal sale on behalf of the Partners of EG Stokes & Partners who have had to relinquish the tenancy due to unforeseen circumstances. The loss of nearly 700 acres of land from their business, has forced the partners to go their separate ways. They have instructed Nock Deighton to sell the entire live and deadstock within the partnership. Whilst being in this most unfortunate situation, a more genuine reason for holding this dispersal sale would not be found. Potential buyers can be assured that all machinery and equipment offered for sale is in good order and has been regularly maintained prior to and during use and will be finance free. Please note Mr David Stokes will be selling some surplus furniture and household items following the sale of the workshop items.

BUYERS REGISTRATION Purchasers previously unknown to the auctioneers must register at the Sales Office prior to the commencement of the sale and provide two proofs of identity (one must be photographic identification). Alternatively they can contact Nock Deighton Agricultural LLP on 01746 762666. Upon registration, buyers will receive a permanent buyer’s number which should be produced on each purchase.

PAYMENT Strictly on the sale day prior to removal of any items, no credit will be available.

Any prospective buyer unknown to the auctioneers and wishing to pay by cheque must contact the auctioneers a minimum of 7 days in advance of the sale to make arrangements. Proof of your ability to pay will be required from your Bank Manager by email to m.burgoyne@nockdeighton.co.uk.

Corporate Business Cards and Personal Credit cards are not accepted. Payment by Debit card is accepted subject to 4G coverage being available. Payment can be made by BACS on the day with proof of payment being required to release purchased items.

BUYERS PREMIUM No Buyers Premium will be levied on any lot.

INTERNET BIDDING No internet bidding will be available for this sale due to the poor internet connection at Brineton House Farm.

VALUE ADDED TAX Value Added Tax (VAT) will be charged at the standard rate of 20% where applicable.

CATERING Refreshments will be available on the sale day.
