Building a superstructure for stage tower to modernise upper stage machinery- addition of storeys to stage house using steel trusses to create a new machine room level and a new fly system loft- replacement of hydraulic system by modern electric drives- increase of life loads- installation of four new reinforced concrete columns (approx. 22 m in length) through all storeys starting at existing foundations and extending above roof of theatre house adjacent to stage tower- installation of a new housing for stage tower- deconstruction of old stage tower façade- new light-weight steel construction façade- demolition of existing roof trusses and old upper stage machinery upon completion of new roof- reinforcement of existing foundation- building activities during theatre breaks
