During the programme, trainees will receive career advisory and employment assistance in their search for relevant jobs that will utilise their newly acquired skills.

Training allowance of up to $1200 per month and highly subsidised courses

Conducted in a modular format to facilitate the transition to employment as and when job opportunities are present

Facilitated by Republic Polytechnic, the Professional Conversion Programme (PCP) are career conversion programme for mid-career switcher under the Professionals, Managers, Executives, and Technicians (PMETs). Participants will be hired by participating employers before undergoing training to take on new job roles.
