Tridyne can assist you by providing full EPCM services for Upstream Gas Gathering and Processing Sector of the Energy Industry. Tridyne personnel use industry standard tools and techniques to assist with provision of economical solutions in the optimization of aging gas fields and their associated gathering configurations. Tridyne compliments this expertise with proven success in the processing of natural gas to meet pipeline transmission specifications.

Choosing Tridyne for you next green field facility, existing plant upgrade or optimization project will have you working with dedicated individuals striving to deliver an on-time and on-budget experience that satisfies your project’s goals and expectations.

Gas Plant This Sour Gas Processing Plant designed as a grass roots facility was designed with 6 month storage capacity due to winter access issues. The project consisted of a standard sour gas plant design for a throughput of 2300 e3m3/day (80 MMSCFD) of sour gas. The plant consisted of an inlet separation and metering module, amine sweetening module, HC dewpoint control module, acid gas dehy-dration module and process/utility heat medium systems.

Compressor Station The project included the installation of a new gas plant. The design flow rate for the facility was 280 e3m3/day (10 MMSCFD) of sweet gas.

The facilities included a future water injection system, screw compressor, reciprocating com-pressor and refrigeration module.

CBM Project Complete EPCM for the installation of a single wellsite facility. The wellsite consisted of four inlet separators, one electric drive screw type compressor, one water storage tank and one transfer pump building. In addition, there were two pipelines complete with pig sending provi-sions for both natural gas and water.

Tridyne uses the latest process modeling software to simulate natural gas and hydrocarbon facilities and pipelines, allowing Tridyne to rapidly progress through the engineering design phase and into the procure-ment process. This provides a greater level of detail in the total installed cost estimates. Some of the software commonly used include: Hysys, Pro II, Flarenet, FAST Piper, Pipesys, and Neotech. By using a vast array of software, Tridyne has the ability to work off of various complex existing clientele simulations to reduce upfront engineering design capital. This also makes Tridyne the ideal choice for de-bottlenecking and optimization studies.

Typical natural gas streams contain significant amounts of carbon dioxide (CO2). CO2 is not only an undesirable component in the oil and gas industry (except for enhanced oil and CBM recovery), It is very important to provide adequate ventilation for combustion reactions such as a vehicle engine or a natural gas range. When hydrocarbons undergo combustion, CO is a produced which is a clear and odorless product and in significant quantities can easily kill. Always ensure all home detectors are in good working order and test them at least twice a year.
