Ltd), the owner of leading media brands in India such as Times of India, Economic Times, Education Times, Indiatimes, Times Now, Radio Mirchi, etc. has made a strategic investment of about 15% equity in the organisation at a premium.

He has earlier conceived, created and established UPTRON-ACL Hes has been consultant to many national and International organizations.

Mr. K.N. Shukla, DirectorAn Electronics Engineer from IIT, Kanpur, Mr. Shukla has behind him over 35 years of experience in electronics and computer industry. Started his career with J K Electronics Kanpur. He had held several positions at at UPTRON , HILTRON etc. before joining UPTEC

Mr. Alok Singhal, DirectorAn Electronics and Telecommunication Engineer from Roorkee University had his Master's degree in System Engineering. Over 30 years of experience in the areas of Entertainment electronics, microcomputer and microprocessor based products. He was formerly General Manager and head of Communication Division  of UPTRON India.
