Contract within which, RSCCL shall either appoint an

alternative agency/MSI or create its own

Based on findings of the site survey activity done by MSI, MSI may propose a change in the number of sites or individual units to be deployed in each phase as well as overall

scope and a consequent change in phasing. RSCCL also retains the right to suo-moto change the number of sites or individual units to be deployed for each scope item. The

final decision on change in phasing and related change in payment schedules shall be at the discretion of RSCCL.

MSI should complete all the activities within the defined timelines as indicated above. The timeline will be reviewed regularly during implementation phase and may be

extended in case RSCCL feels that extension in a particular Request Order/Integration or any track is imperative, for the reason beyond the control of the bidder. In all such

cases RSCCL’s decision shall be final and binding. MSI will be eligible for the payment based on the completion of activities and approval of the relevant deliverables.

Annexure VII: POC Evaluation Criteria. Bidders will be required to do the Demo / POC. Bidder will be given minimum of 21days prior notice to do the Demo/ PoC. Place for Demo/ POC will be provided by RSCCL. The overall guidance for the POC is provided below: Capabilities of CCCC to be demonstrated using hosted environment for minimum of 05 different City applications domains as listed below through the relevant Use cases in India context for respective application/s infrastructure (sensors/gateways) in following city services domains. Minimum one of the existing City applications (part of 5 different city applications) will also need to be integrated with CCCC so as to demonstrate the capabilities (Data will be Provided by authorities to bidders on the day Technical Presentation). 1.
