commencement of work for this project within 14 days

of issuance of Letter of Intent (LoI). In case resources

are not mobilized, INR 40 thousand per proposed

resource not deployed for each week's delay or part

of non-deployment of proposed resources, a penalty of INR

MSI should complete all the activities within the defined timelines as indicated above. The timeline will be reviewed regularly during implementation phase and may be

extended in case RSCCL feels that extension in a particular Request Order/Integration or any track is imperative, for the reason beyond the control of the bidder. In all such

cases RSCCL’s decision shall be final and binding. MSI will be eligible for the payment based on the completion of activities and approval of the relevant deliverables.

The overall guidance for the POC is provided below: Capabilities of CCCC to be demonstrated using hosted environment for minimum of 05 different City applications domains as listed below through the relevant Use cases in India context for respective application/s infrastructure (sensors/gateways) in following city services domains. Minimum one of the existing City applications (part of 5 different city applications) will also need to be integrated with CCCC so as to demonstrate the capabilities (Data will be Provided by authorities to bidders on the day Technical Presentation). 1. Smart Lighting 2. Intelligent Transportation System 3. City Surveillance 4. Smart Wi-Fi 5. Emergency Services (in case of fire or accident or causality in urban area etc.) 6. Environmental sensors 7. Variable Messaging Sign Board 8. ICT based Smart waste management 9. Intelligent Traffic Management System The capabilities needs to be demonstrated with a physical visualization unit (along with other sensors if needed) to be locally presented during the evaluation. For each of the 5 use cases demonstrated following capabilities.

Note: The cost of PoC will not be reimbursed by RSCCL. The unsuccessful bidders has to dismantle the devices/equipment within 7 days at their own cost.
