WHAT  ARE  MICROGREENS?    A  Micro  Green  is  the  stage  of  the  plant  in  between  a  sprout  and  a  baby  green  (starter  plant).  

Urban  Harvest  KC  grows  micro  greens  by  using  a  chemical  free  process  called  aquaponics.    Fish  provide  nutrients  in  the  water  and  we  use  a  special  ph  neutral,  organic  soil  free  material,  to  grow  our  micros.    

Once  you  receive  your  tray  of  Micros,  simply  clip  as  little  or  as  much  as  you  like.  Lightly  “spritz”  with  them  with  water  daily  and  watch  them  grow  into  baby  greens.

For  Chefs  and  Menu  makers  we  have  an  exclusive  memberships  available.    For  a  flat  fee,  receive  8  trays  a  month,  weekly  or  bi-­‐weekly.    Selection  includes  5  trays  of  your  choice,  1  Shoot  Tray  (our  choice),  A  mystery  tray  and  our  Kansas  City  mix.
