OTCnet Overview

OTCnet financial services is a secure web-based system consisting of 2 elements:

Check Capture Processingo Electronically scans and processes paper checks

Deposit Processing and Reporting System, commonly referred to as the Deposit Reporting System (DRS)

o Allows an electronic SF215 to be created prior to walking negotiable instruments to a financial institution

Check Capture Overview

Retains the same basic functions of legacy PCC OTC application

OTCnet check capture has an Online and Offline application:

Offline Applicationo Deployed at all USAFMCOM locations

o Software-based (ATO/CON needed)
