DIRECTIONS FOR USE ContinuedThe following statement only to be used on institutional labels with medical use sites, medical devices and/or bloodborne pathogens:

This product is not to be used as a terminal sterilant/high level disinfectant on any surface or instrument that (1) is introduced directlyinto the human body, either into or in contact with the bloodstream, or normally sterile areas of the body, or (2) contacts intact mucousmembranes, but which does not ordinarily penetrate the blood barrier or otherwise enter normally sterile areas of the body. This product maybe used to preclean or decontaminate critical or semi-critical medical devices prior to sterilization or high level disinfection.

Special Instructions for Use Against HIV-1, HBV, and HCVThis product kills HIV-1, HBV and HCV on precleaned hard, nonporous surfaces/objects previously soiled with blood/body fluids in healthcare settings [(hospitals, nursing homes)] or other settings in which there is an expected likelihood of soiling of inanimate surfaces/objectswith blood or body fluids, and in which the surfaces/objects likely to be soiled with blood or body fluids can be associated with the potentialfor transmission of Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV-1) (associated with AIDS), Human Hepatitis B [(Virus)] (HBV) and Human HepatitisC [(Virus)] (HCV).

Special instructions for using this product to clean and decontaminate against HIV-1, HBV and HCV on surfaces/objects soiled withblood/body fluids: Personal Protection: When handling items soiled with blood or body fluids, use disposable impervious gloves, gowns,masks and eye coverings. Cleaning Procedure: Blood and other body fluids must be thoroughly cleaned from surfaces and other objectsbefore applying this product. Contact Time: Allow surface to remain wet for HBV, HCV and HIV-1 [for] 30 sec[onds]. The contact timesfor other bacteria, viruses, and fungi may differ. See product label for contact times. Disposal of Infectious Materials: Use disposableimpervious gloves, gowns, masks and eye coverings. Blood and other body fluids must be autoclaved and disposed of according to localregulations for infectious waste disposal.

To Preclean Instruments Prior to Terminal Sterilization/High Level Disinfection: As a precleaning spray - Place instruments into a suitablecontainer. Spray this product onto instruments to thoroughly wet all surfaces. Let stand [for] up to 10 min[utes]. Rinse instruments. Amanual instrument cleaner - Thoroughly pre-rinse dirty instruments under running water to remove visible, gross debris. Immerse pre-rinsed instruments into an appropriate size container filled with this product. Scrub instruments using a stiff bristle brush until visiblyclean. Submerge instruments while scrubbing. Rinse instruments thoroughly. Change solution daily. Follow with an appropriate disinfectionprocess. Cleaning of critical and semi-critical devices must be followed by an appropriate terminal sterilization/high-level disinfection process.

To Disinfect Non-Critical, Precleaned Instruments: Instruments must be thoroughly precleaned to remove excess organic debris, rinsed,and rough dried. (Clean and rinse lumens of hollow instruments before filling with this product). Spray all surfaces of instruments with thisproduct until thoroughly wet. Let stand [for] one -or-1 min[ute]. To kill TB, let stand [for] 4 min[utes] at room temperature. [To kill mold andfungi, let stand [for] 3 minfutes] [at room temperature].] Wipe with a clean, damp cloth or paper towel and allow to air dry.

To disinfect food processing premises: floors, walls and storage areas, hold container six to eight inches from the surface to be treatedand spray area until it is covered with the solution. Allow this product to penetrate and remain wet [for] [contact time listed [below] [or][on label]] [1 min[ute]]. Wipe off with a clean cloth, mop or sponge and thoroughly rinse all surfaces in the area with potable water. Heavilysoiled areas must be precleaned before using this product. Food products and packaging materials must be removed or carefully protectedprior to using this product.

Animal housing facilities [and poultry and swine premises]: This product [-or- product name] removes dirt, grime, fungus, mold, blood,urine, fecal matter and other common soils found in animal housing facilities, grooming facilities, kennels, pet stores, veterinary clinics,laboratories or other small animal facilities. It cleans, disinfects and deodorizes hard, nonporous inanimate surfaces in one step.
