On the basis of information furnished by the registrant, the above named pesticide is hereby registered under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and

Rodenticide Act.

Registration is in no way to be construed as an endorsement or recommendation of this product by the Agency. In order to protect health and the

environment, the Administrator, on his motion, may at any time suspend or cancel the registration of a pesticide in accordance with the Act. The

acceptance of any name in connection with the registration of a product under this Act is not to be construed as giving the registrant a right to

exclusive use of the name or to its use if it has been covered by others.

This product (OPP Decision Number: D-397072) is unconditionally registered in accordance withFIFRA sec 3(c)(7)(a) provided that you:

1. Submit and/or cite all data required for registration of your product under FIFRA sec. 3(c)(5)when the Agency requires all registrants of similar products to submit such data; and submit acceptableresponses required for re-registration of your product under FIFRA section 4.

2. Make the labeling changes listed below before you release the product for shipment:

a. Revise the EPA Registration Number to read, "EPA Reg. No. 66591-6."

WARNING: May be fatal if swallowed. Causes eye and skin irritation. Do not get in eyes, on skin or onclothing. Wear a mask or pesticide respirator jointly approved by the Mine Safety and HealthAdministration and the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Applicator and other handlers must wear the following: Chemical resistant gloves; Long-sleeve shirt;Long pants; Shoes plus socks. Follow manufacturer's instructions for cleaning/ maintaining PPE. If nosuch instructions exist for washables, use detergent and hot water. Keep and wash PPE separately fromother laundry.

User Safety Requirements

User must: Wash hands before eating, drinking, chewing gum, using tobacco or using the toilet. Removeclothing/PPE immediately after handling if pesticide gets inside. Then wash thoroughly and put on cleanclothing. User must remove PPE immediately after handling this product. As soon as possible, washthoroughly and change into clean clothing.

Environmental Hazards

This product is toxic to aquatic invertebrates, shrimps and oysters/ clams. Do not discharge effluentcontaining this product into lakes, streams, ponds, estuaries, oceans or other waters unless inaccordance with the requirements of a national Pollution Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permitand permitting authority has been notified in writing prior to discharge. Do not discharge effluentcontaining this product to sewer systems without previously notifying the local sewage treatment plantauthority. For guidance contact your State Water Board or Regional Office of the EPA.

Physical or Chemical Hazards

Do not use, pour, spill or store near heat or open flame. Use only with adequate ventilation. Closecontainer when not in use.

Storage and Disposal

Do not contaminate water, food, or feed by storage and disposal.

Pesticide Storage: Store in secure, well ventilated area, protected from extreme temperatures. If theproduct has been spilled or is leaking, remove the source of the spill or leak. Recover free liquid. Spreadabsorbent, then pick up and place in containers. Then, where applicable, wash area with detergent andwater. Store product in the original container only. Keep container closed when not in use.

Pesticide Disposal: Pesticide wastes are toxic. Improper disposal of excess pesticides, spray mixture, orrinsate is a violation of federal law. If these wastes cannot be disposed of by use according to labelinstructions, contact your State Pesticide or Environmental Control Agency, or the Hazardous WasteRepresentative at the nearest EPA Regional Office for guidance.

Container Handling: Non-refillable container. Do not reuse or refill this container. Triple rinse container(or equivalent) with water promptly after emptying. Triple rinse as follows: Empty the remainingcontents into application equipment or a mix tank. Fill the container % full with water and recap. Shakefor 10 seconds. Pour the rinsate into application equipment or a mix tank or store rinsate for later use ordisposal. Drain for 10 seconds after pour begins to drip. Repeat this procedure two more times. Thenoffer for recycling, if available, or puncture and dispose of in a sanitary landfill, or incineration, or, ifallowed by state and local ordinances, by burning. If burned, stay out of smoke.

Coverage: Estimate 150 to 300 sq. ft. per gallon for brush coat or 5 to 10 gallons per 1000 board feet fordipping dimensional lumber.

5"Recommended for: Green's Clear Wood Preservative is an easy to use water-based wood preservativefor above ground uses: e.g. window sills, trellises, greenhouse benches, foundations, sills, planter boxes,lawn furniture, and decks. Wood to be protected against subterranean termites must be treated beforeuse in construction. The active ingredient, copper 8-quinolinolate, controls wood decay fungi and repelswood-destroying insects including termites and wood-boring beetles. Treatment with Green's Clear willsuppress these insects.

General Precautions and Restrictions

Do not apply this product in a way that will contact workers or other persons. Do not use this product as astain or finish. Do not apply to food or feed contact surfaces. Wood treated with Copper 8-quinolinolatemust not be used in the construction of beehives.

Directions for Use

It is a violation of federal law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling.

Wood to be treated must be dry and well seasoned before treatment with Green's Clear. Lumber andwood products must be dip treated for at least 3 minutes per inch of thickness. If dipping is not possible,treat with several flowing coats by brush. The more Green's Clear absorbs, the better it will be protected.Do not try to extend the coverage.

Wood must be free from bark, dry and well seasoned and must be immersed in Green's Clear for 12-48hours to give effective control for wood destroying pests. Apply prior to use in construction. Ends oredges cut or bored after initial treatment must be brushed with Green's Clear. Do not install treatedarticles until thoroughly dry. Use one coat on materials to be finished with paint. Oil or alkyd paints canbe applied over Green's Clear after thorough drying (about 48 hours). If no finish is to be used, apply twoliberal coats within the hour. Thoroughly cover the ends. The more preservative absorbed into the wood,the longer and more effective the protection.

This product is supplied at proper application consistency and is to be applied without thinning or dilutingunder normal environmental and application conditions. Brushes and other application equipment maybe cleaned with water.

Treated textiles, preserved with copper 8-quinolinolate, are to be used only in military or industrialsettings. Treated textiles are for non-residential/military use only. Treated wooden trays are only to beused to grow mushrooms. The trays are not to be used to store or transport mushrooms, fruits, orvegetables.

Warranty

Green Products Co. liability under any expressed or implied warranty is limited solely to replacement ofGreen Products Co. products proved defective and does NOT include labor or other consequentialdamages. We assume no liability for damages. The suitability of the product for any intended use issolely up to the user.
