In order to protecthealth and the environment, the Administrator, on his motion, may at any time suspend or cancel the registration of a pesticide in accordance with theAct. The acceptance of any name in connection with the registration of a product under this Act is not to be construed as giving the registrant a right toexclusive use of the name or to its use if it has been covered by others.

This product is registered in accordance with FIFRA section 3(c)(5) provided that you:

Use this product to kill only house mice and their fleas inside homes, and inside non-residential, industrial, agricultural, commercial, public buildings and similar man-madestructures. This product can also be used inside transport vehicles (ships, trains andaircraft). Do not place bait in areas where there is a possibility of contaminating food orsurfaces that come into direct contact with food. Do not contaminate food/feed orfood/feed-handling equipment or place near or inside ventilation duct openings.

SELECTION OF TREATMENT AREAS: After removing as much alternate food,water and harborage as possible, determine areas where mice will most likely find andconsume bait. Generally, these areas will be along walls, by gnawed openings, in cornersand concealed places, between floors or walls and other locations where signs of housemice have been seen.APPLICATION DIRECTIONS: Place bait station against wall. If additional stations are used,space placements at intervals of 8 to 12 feet in infested area. Maintain an uninterrupted supply offresh bait for at least 15 days or until there no longer are any signs of house mouse activity.FOLLOW-UP: While wearing waterproof gloves, collect and dispose of emptied baitstations and all visible dead animals. To discourage reinfestations, eliminate food, waterand harborage as much as possible. If reinfestation occurs, repeat treatment.

STORAGE AND DISPOSALDo not contaminate water, food or feed by storage or disposal.Pesticide Storage: Store in original container in a cool, dry place inaccessible to childrenand pets. Pesticide Disposal: Wastes resulting from the use of this product may bedisposed of on site or at an approved waste disposal facility. Container Handling: Non-refillable container and bait station. If empty: Place in trash or offer for recycling ifavailable. If partially filled: Place in trash or call your local solid waste agency fordisposal instructions. Never place unused product down any indoor or outdoor drain.Lot Number: (Lot Number or Description of where lot number is located}

PRECAUTIONARY STATEMENTSHazards to Humans and Domestic AnimalsCAUTION: Harmful if swallowed. Keep away from children, domestic animals andpets.Any person who retrieves carcasses or unused bait following application of this productmust wear waterproof gloves.

User Safety Requirements: As soon as possible, wash hands thoroughly after applyingbait station and before eating, drinking, chewing gum, using tobacco or using the toilet.

NOTE TO PHYSICIAN OR VETERINARIANContains the anticoagulant Diphacinone. If swallowed, this material may reduce the clottingability of the blood and cause bleeding. For humans or animals ingesting bait and/or showingpoisoning signs (bleeding or elevated prothrombin times), give Vitamin KI orally orintramuscularly.

Environmental HazardsThis product is extremely toxic to mammals and birds. Dogs, cats and other predatoryand scavenging mammals and birds might be poisoned if they feed upon animals thathave eaten this bait. Do not apply directly to water.
