REPLACEMENT final printed labeling correcting the EPA Registration Number following our submission dated 4/17/07. Replacement labeling includes revisions per Agency comments with Notice ofPesticide Regisration dated 12/5/06 and Notification of addition of alternate brand name, Prescription Treatment brand DDL HydroPy-300 Formula 2, and removal of 1-800-CLEANUP telephone numberfrom Storage & Disposal. This notification is consistent with the provisions of PR Notice 98-10 and EPA regulations at 40 CFR 152.46. and no other changes have been made to the labeling or the CSFof this product. I understand that it is a violation of 18 U.S.C. Sec. 1001 to willfully make any false statement to EPA. I further understand that if this notification is not consistent with the terms of PRNotice 98-10 and 40 CFR 152.46. this product may be in violation of FIFRA and I may be subject to enforcement action and penalties under sections 12 and 14 of FIFRA.

Please accept this as a replacement for final printed labeling submitted 4/17/07. While preparing marketplace labels forsubmission to the states, I noticed that we had inadvertently included the wrong EPA Registration Number on the final printedlabeling submitted 4/17/07 (it was noted as 499-516 instead of 499-511). Enclosed are two (2) copies of (corrected) final printedlabeling per Agency comments made in conjunction with the Notice of Pesticide Registration dated December 5, 2006.1 certifythat the correction of the EPA Registration Number is the ONLY revision made since the 4/17/07 submission. Below is asummary of the revisions made with the 4/17/07 submission.

Revisions to the label pursuant to Agency comments in the Notice of Pesticide Registration include the following:« EPA registration number revised to read, "EPA Reg. No. 499-511".« Added section entitled "Safe Handling Procedures"; baseline PPE included.• Added the statement "Prolonged or frequent repeated skin contact may cause allergic reactions in some individuals."• Did NOT add "Note to Physician". This product does not contain petroleum distillates. Please see enclosed e-mail from

Richard Gebken, dated 12/12/06, confirming that a Note to Physician is not applicable for this product.• Removed all pests of public health significance and corresponding Directions for Use.

Additional revisions allowed by Notification include:• Added alternate brand name Prescription Treatment® brand ULD® HydroPy-300® Formula 2. We may also include

the descriptor, Pyrethrin Concentrate, although it will not officially be part of the brand name.• Removed 1-800-CLEANUP telephone number from Storage & Disposal.

This notification is consistent with the provisions of PR Notices 98-10 and 2007-1 and EPA regulations at 40 CFR 152.46 and noother changes have been made to the labeling or the CSF of this product. I understand that it is a violation of 18 U.S.C. Sec.1001 to willfully make any false statement to EPA.
