EVOLUTION FROM BOHECO TO “BUHI KO”

Declaration of Purpose

Before we proceed to deeper discussion and explanation, it is best to state our purpose in

this movement. Our purpose, espousable by as much as 95% majority of the members but

abhorred by the few who financially have been benefiting from the present set-up, is: Totake back the ownership and management of BOHECO from the few private persons and

make it truly a people-owned cooperative, non-profit, that is, so that the electric charges

will be no longer heavy for the average family, and not intended to make huge profits for

the benefit of the few private persons, but profit only to sustain its operation and financeits plan to use BOHECO to shift members’ power from the present expensive fossil fuel

to solar power, thus, foreseeing BOHECO’s eventual folding up when every member will

eventually become independently sourcing their power through the solar technology. In

short, BOHECO is to be used as a tool to finance the equipping of each member withsolar power technology by which they will become independent, enjoying electric power

from the sun which is free, paving the way for the family to divert its financial resourcesto grow and prosper, instead of exhausting precious peso to pay the ever-rising electric

bill forever.

I know that those who have personal interests will consider this purpose a foolishness,citing the process as business suicide. But if they will see that the managed death of

BOHECO means the life of many, then, they will realize that they are the ones who are

foolish!

So, may the foolish be enlightened further in this discussion!

The Discussion

From the recent message from our galactic angelic brethren from Sirius, we are told of God the Father’s will, namely: That the masses will be given the chance to see all, past

all deceptions and lies and coercion which the few evil ones used to control the people

and mislead them to hell.

There is no fair choice – no informed decision by the masses because the enemy has used

deception and coercion to make or ‘force’ the masses to decide in favor of the evil ones.

A simple example or two can make my point clear.

First, how can mankind decide against or stop eating all crunchy and crispy foods (e.g., biscuits, cookies, etc.) if they didn’t know that the shortening which makes them crispy is

the hydrogenated fat made by



It has always been unfair to God. First, He was killed as Jesus Christ. After that, He has

been accused of punishing the world by all these calamities befalling mankind, when in

truth and in fact, these catastrophes are direct though accumulated result of man’sabusing the earth and his fellowmen. Man is reaping what he sowed, not that God is

punishing man for his sins. No, not yet; God has not punished mankind yet. These so-

called-by-the-Bible 7 Trumpet warning events and their eventual turning into the 7 LastPlagues – these are not God’s penalties for man’s sins, but rather, these are direct

consequences of our abuses.

And yet, the leaders of the churches have told the people that these are God’s acts – acts

of anger and punishments for mankind’s sins. They are not. They actually man’s doings.

They are fruits of man’s abuses, which Mother Earth can no longer tolerate.

But the lies – read: the churches’ leaders ascribing it to God – read: their accusing God –

has let the people to also accuse God and justify themselves. “These are God’s doings,

not ours,” so this is their present attitude.

In this case, how can man come to love God above all and to humble himself?

Ma will not.

And so in the book of Revelation 16, we read a few times that along the raging of the 7

Last Plagues, man blames all to God! They do not repent, but rather become morerebellious, accusing God for the sufferings. They do not realize that these are caused by

their own sins. They chorus: “This is God’s wrath.”

Thus, the propaganda of the churches that these are God’s “wrath” is working. It makes

people feel guilt-less, and at the same time, it makes them pointing their fingers to God as

the culprit!!??

Thus, God, again, is the victim of false accusation. Not content that they were able to kill

Him when He was the Jesus Christ, now they are accusing Him to be wrathful and is thecause of the calamities – that these are His wrath.

Time has come when the truth must come out...in every aspect, in every facet. The must

be given the full knowledge – full disclosure – so they can make the correct decision.

They must be given the free will, all deceits be done away with, so they decide correctly.

It is now the WILL OF GOD to let all cards be laid on the table, so the truths and lies will be known and the people can make the right choices.

The forces of Light are doing all they can from the higher dimensionsto bring a quick end to the stand off in Libya. We do not want to seeneedless death and bloodshed, and the regime change cannot bestopped. Everything is continually changing and the time has come formany countries to move on.

Needless to say, the Galactic Federation is taking a major part in theevents that are happening right now. We have to bide our time for awhile as the proverbial “right time” is very important to us. If you alsowish to see an efficient and positive end to the disruption occurring inmany countries, certain changes must first take place.

Our presence in your skies is increasing and disclosure is almost aformality, as our existence can no longer be denied. It is more a matterof the authorities and governments of the world being quite happy toadmit to it. However, they are scared of the outcome that will result in

some awkward questions that they prefer not to answer, but the truthmust come out. The excuse of holding back because of “NationalSecurity” will not be valid for too long as a stop will be put to all wars,and troops withdrawn from foreign lands. The people’s sovereigntymust be returned, and as the Creator’s representatives we shallexercise our authority to ensure that it is so.

Many of you are feeling the changes within you, and that alone shouldconvince you that you are on the path to Ascension. The feeling of peace within and being at one with all else, will lift you into a positionof being able to sail through any adversities. It is the Golden Age at the

end of the rainbow that is ever bringing you nearer to Ascension, andyou will finally be well prepared for it. We say just go with the flow andtrust in the guidance of your Higher Self, and your ever presentGuides.

Try to live as you imagine an ascended Being would, and focus yourlife on actions and words of love. The more you can do so, themore you will be ready to move into the higher dimensions.Remember that first and foremost you are a Being of Light, andeventually you will become one with the higher levels of consciousness. So what you are doing now should be in preparation of

the end time, and the discarding of any energies of the lower vibration.Hitherto, most souls have responded to their ego that has fed onfeelings of grandeur and self-importance. It will change when you canput other souls before yourself, and work towards unconditional love. Just imagine what a wonderful caring society it would be if that level of consciousness could be achieved.

Wealth will be fairly distributed, as in total there is more than enough



to ensure every person of a life without need. Keeping people inpoverty often without the basic necessities of life is the deliberate planof the Illuminati, to make them reliant on other people for their well-being. It often goes hand in hand with a lack of education, which alsoprevents them from achieving any level of life that can be called

satisfactory. Equal opportunity is a right every soul should have had,but the elite have made sure that the gap between the poor and richhas been maintained.

I am SaLuSa from Sirius, and amazed that you have all had so manylives, experiencing all aspects of life on Earth. Yet you have neverwavered, and have found the strength to become a Light within thedarkness that shrouded the Earth. You are truly wonderful Beings thatgladden our hearts, and we are truly privileged to be yourpartners and friends for the final days of this cycle. Our love alwaysgoes with you and you can draw upon our strength.

Freewill is inviolable

Ever since from the beginning, in the primordial time with Lucifer, and also later with

Adam and Eve, the free will was already respected. Lucifer was given the freedom tomake his own decisions even if those were intended to dethrone God!? Adam and Eve

were given the freedom to make their own choices even if it meant defying God.

The inviolability of the Freewill was once again re-confirmed during the establishment of Israel as God’s chosen nation. To them, God Jehovah spelled FREE CHOICE and the

blessings and cursings that would come about based on their own decision or choice.

God set before the people of Israel and also to us, the two choices – life of blessings or

life of curses. These were the tree of life and the tree of the knowledge of good and evil

presented to Adam and Eve.

So here are the list of Blessings for Obedience and Curses for Disobedience, for Israel

first, and then for the whole world second. These are listed in the Leviticus 26 &

Deutoronomy 28. Most applies to Israel, but many do to the pagan nations too. The logic behind why it applies to pagans though this was primarily addressed to Israel is the fact

that same laws govern all men, Israelites or pagans.

The following are the blessings and cursings checklist of Leviticus 26:

Lev 1:1 [niv]The LORD called to Moses and spoke to him from the Tent of Meeting. He said,

[kjv]And the LORD called unto Moses, and spake unto him out of the tabernacle of thecongregation, saying,

Lev 1:2

[niv]"Speak to the Israelites and say to them: 'When any of you brings an offering to theLORD , bring as your offering an animal from either the herd or the flock.[kjv]Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, If any man of you bring anoffering unto the LORD, ye shall bring your offering of the cattle, even of the herd, and of

Lev 1:3

before the LORD.

Lev 1:4

[niv]He is to lay his hand on the head of the burnt offering, and it will be accepted on his

behalf to make atonement for him.

[kjv]And he shall put his hand upon the head of the burnt offering; and it shall be acceptedfor him to make atonement for him.

Lev 1:5

[niv]He is to slaughter the young bull before the LORD , and then Aaron's sons the priestsshall bring the blood and sprinkle it against the altar on all sides at the entrance to the Tentof Meeting.

[kjv]And he shall kill the bullock before the LORD: and the priests, Aaron's sons, shall bringthe blood, and sprinkle the blood round about upon the altar that is by the door of thetabernacle of the congregation.

Lev 1:6 [niv]He is to skin the burnt offering and cut it into pieces.[kjv]And he shall flay the burnt offering, and cut it into his pieces.



Lev 1:7 [niv]The sons of Aaron the priest are to put fire on the altar and arrange wood on the fire.[kjv]And the sons of Aaron the priest shall put fire upon the altar, and lay the wood in order

upon the fire:

[niv]Then Aaron's sons the priests shall arrange the pieces, including the head and the fat,

on the burning wood that is on the altar.[kjv]And the priests, Aaron's sons, shall lay the parts, the head, and the fat, in order uponthe wood that is on the fire which is upon the altar:

[niv]He is to wash the inner parts and the legs with water, and the priest is to burn all of iton the altar. It is a burnt offering, an offering made by fire, an aroma pleasing to theLORD .

[kjv]But his inwards and his legs shall he wash in water: and the priest shall burn all on thealtar, to be a burnt sacrifice, an offering made by fire, of a sweet savour unto the LORD.

Lev 1:10

[niv]" 'If the offering is a burnt offering from the flock, from either the sheep or the goats,he is to offer a male without defect.[kjv]And if his offering be of the flocks, namely, of the sheep, or of the goats, for a burntsacrifice; he shall bring it a male without blemish.

[niv]He is to slaughter it at the north side of the altar before the LORD , and Aaron's sonsthe priests shall sprinkle its blood against the altar on all sides.

Satan’s Crime: violated man’s free will

Through deceits-lies and coercion (use of threat and fear), Satan was able to make

mankind choose his evil way; furthermore, he was able to lead mankind to curse God for

Satan succeeded in portraying Him as the cause of all miseries, a.k.a. punishments,

penalties, curses.

Another way of saying: God is the cause of all sufferings and so, if we can do away with

God, or suppress Him, then, there will be no more miseries and sufferings.

Satan was able to portray before mankind that God is not desirable, because He is full of

strictness and wrath once His strict and hard laws are violated. So, Satan’s agenda is to do

away with God, or to cause mankind to hate Him.

For thousands of years, including the past 2,000 years, he succeeded in this objective.

That is why mankind choose the evil ways, not fully knowing that these are the cause of all the miseries and sufferings mankind now suffers.

Time is coming – it has now come! – when, all cards would laid down before man, liesand truths, so each man and woman will be able to, at last, make the informed choices.

And this, to most, means that they will choose the way of Love that the Father taught

mankind.

They will no longer mis-know God; they will no longer hate Him; they will honor, and

love Him.

This is what Satan feared and fears; but his time is up. The time for the Light to shine has

come. It is now the time for the fulfillment of Revelation 19!

Let there be light on BOHECO!



BOHECO or Bohol Electric Company is the provider of electric artificial light to the

Boholanos, but it is full of spiritual darkness – it lacks spiritual light.

Therefore, let there be spiritual light on BOHECO.

One dark spot in BOHECO is its violation of the people’s sovereignty or free will.

First, it is not the people’s free will for BOHECO to be controlled and owned by a few

individuals;

Second, it is not the people’s will for BOHECO to be a quasi-cooperative; we, the people,

want it to be a genuine cooperative, a people’s cooperative, owned by the people, and

managed by pro-people managers;

Third, we are not honored for BOHECO to be hailed as the best managed electric

company if it means coercion and oppression of the members-people, e.g.:

> We question and protest the doubling of electric charges per kilo watt; this

provision is not disciplinary but anti-poor;

> We question and protest the provision to cut connection within three (3) days of

over-due or non-payment past the due date; this provision is not disciplinary but

anti-poor;

> We question and protest the non-disclosure and the closing from the

public/members of the Accounting books;

> We question and protest against ignoring our real ownership when in reality we,

the people, were the ones who put up the capital to pay the loans used to buy theBOHECO facilities and equipment;

> We question and protest against the false cooperative status in which theBOHECO is at present;

> We want and demand that BOHECO will be given back to the people, the real

owner of the company;

> We demand that BOHECO shall be converted to real cooperative from its present

deceitful status as quasi-cooperative;

> And we want to disclose our real objectives for these move to take back the

ownership and management of the BOHECO, to wit:1. To convert it to non-profit cooperative or company so that without profit, we can

collect low fees from our members, thus, easing their burden;

2. To make it self-maintaining by assigning resident electrician per area, who will not be

hired as full-salaried personnel but as volunteer service man in his specified area; hemay accept per diem from the area members; thus, this will greatly reduce the

expenses of the electric enterprise;

3. To do away with high-paying managers and employees; thus, greatly reduce themaintenance cost of the enterprise, resulting to low charges per kilowatt;

4. To use the income of this “non-profit” enterprise to move from this present enslaving

electric system towards the freedom-giving free electric sources, such as solar power.In other words, To use BOHECO as the means to provide its members with solar



power; This will lead to free home lighting, and also for vehicles to be solar-powered,

hence, no more expenses for gasoline, or transportation fare. The resulting huge

savings will be useful for the family to invest in other profitable ventures or other essential needs of the family.

Today, we are seeing the operation of a system which benefits only the few and oppressesthe majority and which I would like to aptly call, “Cooked-by-our-own-oil” system.

Precisely because it was our money that they used to buy the equipment and facilities to

make the enterprise to run, and with these, they are able to control us, instead of help us progress.

Let us use the resources, and money of BOHECO for the equipping of every member

with solar-power system. And when this is accomplished, let BOHECO folds and die anatural death – an honorable death for it has served its members well and truly, not like

today where it is sucking the members without being weaned. Under the present system,

BOHECO is an eternal sucker, an eternal baby vampire sucking the substance and

resources of the members.

Where will this present system lead us? It is known. It will continue to enrich the few(without being called to give accounting before the people) and impoverish the many.

Therefore, let us change direction. Let us go solar-power.

Besides solar power, another way of gaining electricity without additional cost is by

installing a dynamo is every house. This dynamo is placed right after the house electric

meter. Its purpose is to generate additional electricity thus, lessen consumption from paidelectricity.

Bigger dynamos shall also be installed in the mainlines, with the same purpose: Togenerate local electricity.

This will be beneficial before we succeed with the solar power system.

Although we cannot find in the Bible the direct statement that Satan or Lucifer rules over

the earth, we are told that he has deceived the whole world (and most especially the big

institutions!), and this he could easily do because he is in control of the power of the air,that is, the mass media.

Satan-Lucifer’s rulership is subtle. It is not made obvious for the obvious reason that people would not consciously like to serve the evil one. So, through a covert conspiracy,

he rules the world.

First, he uses a world government (symbolized by a ‘beast’) which has the same feature –

or rather nature – as he: 7-headed, 10-horned, except that Satan the dragon is 7-crownedwhile the beast is 10-crowned:

Does Satan-Lucifer, the red Dragon, rule over the earth through this beast? Yes, as the

The evil One called red dragon, Satan, Lucifer, rules the whole earth, and he did that and

still does that through the governments of the earth or nations.

Do mankind worship both the beast and the dragon? Yes.

Revelation 13:4 And they worshiped the dragon which gave power unto the beast: andthey worshiped the beast, saying, Who is like unto the beast? who is able to make war

with him?

Satan, the old serpent, the red dragon, the devil, rules the earth through human rulers ashis instruments, using the mass media to circulate his lies and deceits and using the

military to impose fear and coercion.

He rules, therefore, through deceit and coercion.

But his time is short.

There is no aspect or facet of life and society which they have not controlled. They are in

“BUHI KO”

The true godly system – the true Christian way – is opposite to what they are doing inBOHECO. BOHECO, just like most enterprises controlled by the few, employs the tactic

of deception and coercion from its inception. We can not see any help it has given

beyond giving us electricity; as a matter of fact, it has tied a rope on our noses, as if weare carabaos, so, instead of progressing on our own actual speed, we will be halted or

slow downed.

Our progress as individual and as a race has been severely slowed down, if not halted.

Here is the story to make you understand my point.

Electricity and gasoline (fossil fuel) are of the same category: controlled by a few men.

Technology by monopolizers. Opposite to these is the solar power, which is now slowly

emerging – read: re-emerging.

Re-emerging?

Yes, you read it correctly. For in the 1800s timing with the discovery of fossil fuel

(gasoline), there was already someone who invented the machine using the solar power.

But by using monetary inducement coupled by gun, the gasoline group was able to keepthe inventor of solar-powered vehicle/machine silent! As early as 1800s!



Solar power or electricity from the sun is unlimited and free. On the other hand,

electricity from other sources and fossil fuel (gasoline) has been always tagged with a

price.

Now, takeyour brain for a little exercise to see how much money you, as well as the

whole of mankind, have lost to pay for electricity and gasoline. How much have you paidto NAPOCOR-BOHECO or other electric company you belong to? And how much have

you spent for gasoline or transportation?

These amounts are the same amounts you could have saved if solar power technology

were not suppressed by the Rockefellers et al! Real huge amount saved since 1800s had

the technology of the free solar power not been suppressed by the power of money and

gun. If the inventor would not accept regular ‘silencing’ money, they would resort to gunto silence him!!??

Yes, by the monopoly gasoline business of the American tycoon Rockefeller!

Crack your brain a little to have an idea how much each individual could have saved in

his lifetime without the fare or gasoline expenses and how much the world would havesaved had the solar power technology prevented the use of gasoline.

Say, the average person uses gasoline or pays transportation for 50 years out of his 70

years of age, at a conservative estimate of P10.00 a day.

50 years x 360 days = 18,000 x P 10.00 a day per person = P180,000.00 money lost and

money which could have been saved per person.

How much did the whole mankind lose?

P180,000.00 lost per person x 100,000,000,000 persons who have lived these past 2

centuries = P 18,000,000,000,000,000.00 – if we’ve got it right, it is 18 quintillion pesos!

Imagine how much would the individual and the whole of human race have saved had the

knowledge on solar power not been suppressed. How much could each small

entrepreneur saved by having the solar-powered vehicle free of charge?

And what about the cost wrought by the use of gasoline in transporting food and other

goods? That is also a very huge amount!

Suffice is to have an idea what expenses could have been saved without that gasoline or

electricity.

Look, what they have to our ozone layer, and what great killer hurricanes have resulted to

such abuse!



What great savings of lives and properties as well as money would have been done were

it not for the holes in the ozone layer, caused by the gasoline smoke?

The destruction of the good old weather system – the climate change – the global

warming – the el niño, the la niña – the losses are beyond human calculation – the

primary culprit is fossil fuel – the burning of the fossil fuel.

See, how great is the harm! Thus, the crime!

Gasoline or fossil fuel is worse. But the conventional electricity is also bad because it has

drained so much of our precious hard earned money, which we could have used for the

food, health, education of our children, or for some good investment.

If you understand the Plan and Will of God, then, you will see that such practices which

extort or coerces or makes people’s lives harder, is not pleasing to God. It is not His. His

system is life-giving, light to the people, not heavy and enslaving.

When the solar power technology finally supplants conventional electricity and fossil

fuel, the people will finally be freed from the exorbitant electric bills and transportationcost.

The good news is: That time is near.

And the challenge is: In order for you to be among those who will experience the life

under the free abundant solar power, you have to come to abhor the present enslaving

system and wish for the liberating system to come soon, just as we pray, “Thy will bedone.”

Solar power, or any clean energy, is His will, and one which no one can use to own amonopoly and oppress the people.

Gasoline Incorporated and BOHECO company are monopoly. And you can ask anyonewho is a member of BOHECO if he/she is not feeling grinded by the expensive rate, then,

I am sure, he will say to the affirmative.
