Bar Association , is pr oceeding to the Uni t ed States

on a brier visit . Andre Oeraud (Pertinax) has asked

the Aobassador to urge the Pr esident to see Charpentier

when he arrives in ./ashi ngton . The appointz::ent would,

of course , be made through t he Fr ench Embassy .

s ident should have a lot of free time on his hands one
