Returns:No merchandise may be returned withoutNightingale Corp.’s prior written consent. Allauthorized returns are subject to a 35%restocking charge. An additional charge may alsoapply to reinstate merchandise into “new” conditionif returned damaged.

California Fire Code #117California Technical Bulletin 117 is a flaming andsmoldering fire performance test for filling and/orcushioning and upholstery cover fabrics. A foam orfabric that meets the requirements ofCA TB 117 is said to be fire resistant.

California Fire Code #133California Technical Bulletin 133 is a full scale fireperformance test of a complete article of furniture.It requires that a complete seating furniture productbe exposed to a large open flame for 90 seconds ina specially designed test room. Heat generated andthe rate at which it is generated, smoke opacity,carbon monoxide generation and weight loss arethe test parameters that determine whether anarticle of upholstered furniture passes this test. CATB 133 is recognized as a “state-of-the-art” fireperformance standard for upholstered furnitureentering high risk designations.

Customer’s Own Material:Note: All pricing for C.O.M. product is based on

grade 1 pricing.Fabric must be shipped to the factory prepaid. Allyardage indicated in this book is approximate,based on 54” non directional, no patterned goods.Additional yardage may be required for directional,patterned and lesser width materials.Materials will be applied in what Nightingale Corp.feels is appropriate unless instructed otherwise.Nightingale Corp. reserves the right to reject anymaterial as unsuitable.In accepting C.O.M. fabric, Nightingale Corp.assumes no responsibility for fabric wear, defectsor appropriateness and is applied at customers ownrisk.When supplying C.O.M. material, the shipmentmust be clearly tagged with customer’s ordernumber, description of product, quantity of fabricand any special instructions.Nightingale Corp. will not accept C.O.M. materialthat is sent freight collect. Nightingale Corp. alsowarrants that self-skinned urethane parts, plasticshells, casters, wood parts and mechanisms will willcarry a (5) five year warranty. Upholsteries will carry a(2) two year warranty. Seat Depth AdjustmentLoosen hand wheel (do not remove) and slide backto desired position, then re-tighten hand wheel.

Tilt LockTo lock chair in position, push knob in, to allowfree movement, pull knob out.
