USA- Shift From Blender's Credit Will Increase Demand of Feedstock's (Soy oil) USA the potential shift from the blender's credit to a producers credit would boost the profitability of US biodiesel producers and increase demand for key feedstock like soya oil but reduce the attractiveness of biodiesel imports. still it is not believe that imports will completely vanish if rumored subsidy switch is implemented, primarily because of the biodiesel capacity and feedstock's limitations in the US as well as the further significant growth in the US advanced biofuel mandate envisaged for the 2017 (if this target are not changed).
