‘As well and too’ mean the same usually come at the end of a clause.He not only plays cricket; he plays chess as well.We all prepared well for our semester II, Ramesh well prepared too.
Study the following sentence.We have classes on Sundays as well.The above sentence gives different meanings according to the sentence for which it is joined.Other students have classes on Sundays, and we have classes on Sundays as well.We write our weekly test on Sundays, and we have classes on Sundays as well.We have classes on all public holidays, and we have classes on Sundays as well.

‘Too and as well’ are often used in short answers.I have an urgent work. I have as well.I go Araku during vacation. I think so too.At times, we use ‘me too’ in order to accept the proposal.
‘Also’ is more formal than ‘as well and too’. It usually comes before the main verb or after ‘be’.
I don’t like him. I also think he’s dishonest.She dances, and also she plays piano.I’m hungry and I’m also sleepy.He’s sincere and he’s also honest.Please remember we do not use ‘also’ in short answers.
