2. Configure ‘Clients’, ‘Farms’, ‘Fields’, ‘Profiles’, alarms and hardware

3. View data outputs such as graphs and reports

4. Use the agronomy facilities

5. Use the messaging system to facilitate contact with ‘Dealers’, ‘Agronomists’ and ‘Master

Distributors’.

2 Accessing AquaCheckWEB

Figure 1: AquaCheckWEB Login Page

3 System Overview

AQUACHECKWEB has two key functional areas:

1. ‘Home Page’

2. ‘My Account’

The ‘Home Page’ is the primary page where all the agronomy facilities are available; you can

navigate to select different ‘Clients’, ‘Farms’, ‘Fields’ and ‘Profiles’. The home page interface is

separated into three agronomy facilities; ‘Reports’, ‘Maps’ and ‘Messages’. You can track and

Page 5: USER GUIDE s e r p a s s wo rd s e ttin g s Figure 4: My Account Page 7 Reports, Maps and Messages 7.1 Reports Navigation: 1 . ... ‘Farm’, ‘Field’ and

monitor your irrigation levels using the ‘Irrigation Recommendation’ data table displayed on the

‘Home Page’.

The ‘My Account’ page gives you access to your account information; you can edit or update your

account information as well as change your account password.

4 AquaCheck Relationships

In very simple terms the various levels and relationships applied in AQUACHECKWEB are as follows:

A ‘Distributor’ has several ‘Dealers’

A ‘Dealer’ has several ‘Clients’

A ‘Client’ may have several ‘Farms’

Each ‘Farm’ may have several ‘Fields’

Each ‘Field’ may have up to three ‘Profiles’ (probes)

Each ‘Profile’ needs:

o At least one ‘Probe’, but may also have a rain gauge

o An associated RTU (remote transmission unit/device)

o A ‘Source’ data ID

o A Cultivar

o RAW (Readily Available Water) settings.

The basic hierarchy followed in AQUACHECKWEB is detailed in the diagram below:

Figure 2: Basic Hierarchy in AQUACHECKWEB

5 Home Page

Once logged in, you will be directed to the ‘Home Page’. The ‘Home Page’ provides you with all the

facilities in order to track and monitor your irrigation levels:
