LOGIN PAGE- CASE WORKER:

The user first needs to login to the System with their User-ID and Password issued to them.

Follow the following steps to login to application:

a) Enter the User-ID in Login Name

b) Enter the Password

c) Click on Login button

Enter the User ID,

Password, Captcha

and click Login

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATOR- FINANCIAL TARGET SETTING

Key performance Indicator can be accessed from the Navigation in the Home page. On clicking of the key performance indicator,

KPI – Financial target option is enabled.

a) Click on KPI-Financial target setting. The following page is displayed.

b) Select the District Option

c) Select the HoA. The Scheme Name and the Budget allocated for that scheme is auto-populated.

d) Select the Link HoA.

e) Select the ZP Code.

Select the ZP Code

After selecting the ZP Code, the following page is displayed.

f) Set the Financial Target and click Submit.

Click Submit

Enter the

g) After clicking on submit, a message is displayed as Financial Target set successfully.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATOR – PHYSICAL TARGET SETTING:

Key performance Indicator can be accessed from the Navigation in the Home page. On clicking of the key performance indicator,

d) Select the Link HoA. After selecting Link HoA, ZP Code option is enabled.

h) After clicking submit, a message is displayed as Physical Target set successfully.
