1. Purpose:
The purpose of this manual is to set out the steps to be followed by the users to access the Information
Security Training on Learning Management System (LMS).
2. Procedure:
i. Login into LMS using your NT ID and password by clicking on below mentioned URLs (Please open
it in Internet Explorer):
Intranet: http://lms.infotech.com/mLMS/
Internet: http://lms.3i-infotech.com/mLMS/
ii. Once you are logged in, click on All courses under My Courses as highlighted below:

iii. Select “ETG” under Course categories and then select Information Security Awareness.
iv. Once you click on “Information Security Awareness”, you will be able to see ISMS Awareness
Training, ISMS Assessment and ISMS Certificate.
Kindly note that ISMS Awareness Training has to be completed first before going for assessment.

v. Once you click on ISMS Awareness Training, you will be directed to an ISMS Awareness video.
vi. During the training, you cannot move to the next slide unless you finish the current one. Once the
current slide is over, you can go to the next slide using the Next button as highlighted below. Also,
you can pause the video at any point in time.

vii. On completion of the training, the below message will be displayed.
viii. Once you complete the ISMS awareness training, you need to undergo ISMS assessment as well.
The assessment can be accessed as highlighted below:

ix. On clicking on ISMS assessment, below screen will appear. To start the assessment, click on
Attempt quiz now.
x. On successful completion of the assessment, you can print your certificate of completion.
